Location is not consistent with hours they will randomly close for a day with no signage or anything as to why . But the employees seem friendly enough. The vacuums here are also terrible at this location the barley clean the car

My sweet car Kitty needed a wash, this turned out great for a once over just to tidy her up. It’s always fun to go through the car wash! There are several options available to tidy up your vehicle, almost everything was around the $20 range. I would use them again.

Edit to add. It took me all day apparently messages do not get passed along. After a conversation with the GM Parker. It turns out an unrelated location that i have never been to has managed to access and terminate my account "in error" while trying to terminate a different account.
I would still suggest staying far away as this company lacks communication and customer service.
I have been a regular customer at the Troup Ave location in Kansas City for over a year with no issues. On September 13th, when I went to the location as I normally do 2+ times a week, I was informed that my account had been terminated.
Additionally, I found that my card was charged at a location I have never visited (Store 118) the day prior.
I have made several attempts to contact the company through phone calls, emails, and texts, but have received no response. The Troup Ave location assured me multiple times throughout the day that a General Manager would call me, but I still have not heard from anyone.

Did not remove the bugs on my car at all. Tell the pre guys that if a car has bugs on it spend the min to pre treat them.

Showed up at 5:56 on a Sunday and they wouldn’t let me go through. They’re supposed to close at 6. It’s a freaking car wash. It takes 2 minutes to go through. And the kid couldn’t even talk to me. He had earbuds in and just shook his head, waved his finger, and told me to go around the cones he had already set out (early). I Uber and depend on a clean car.

Decent carwash. Have a membership but the attendants only ever spray off the driver's side of the vehicles. Is there not dirt and bugs on the passenger side?

Second time using this location. Wash was on par with most locations I’ve used. However, both times I’ve gone they haven’t had any cleans towels, and even the dirty towel container was empty. I noticed everyone had their own towels. I asked one of them if that was normal and they responded that they keep a towel in their car because they never have them. Kinda disappointing.

Gets the job done! Also I ask the guy if he could wash both side of my wheels and he had no problem doing so! Great job!
