Do not go to the Go Car Wash on 78th street by the Walgreens. They REFUSE to have the people spraying the car, to actually spray the right side (passenger side) of the car. The smart alecs that were there told me it was because of safety reasons. I told them that this is the only car wash in America that refused to spray the passenger side. Avoid this place at all costs. The workers there were doing as little as possible.

Beware of this location they will sign you up for the highest membership maliciously. I picked the $22 per month plan, but I just checked my account and they’re charging me $37. Now they’re not answering the phone and I can’t get ahold of anyone to correct the issue, now I will have to go to the place.
They also only presoak one side of your vehicle which is completely weird.

Activate was very friendly and I look forward to getting my car washed every day as soon as I go back. I don't know their policy on combining two receipts for the month long visits for one price as in how long you have to combine for monthly cost so can go every day.

Hugely disappointed with my experience at your location in Kansas City, Kansas on 78th Street today. I paid for a basic wash and found that the entire right side of my car still had grass and other debris on it. The manager allowed me to get another wash, but told me that "due to safety reasons" the attendant couldn't wash the passenger side of my car. I went through again, and the car was not any cleaner. If the basic wash option can't functionally wash the entire car, it's not worth $10 or a customers' time. I won't return to this or any other Go Car Wash location moving forward.

I was pumped to find a car wash I could easily get to and have the car cleaned from all the bugs on the trip. Though the bugs were only on the car for one day, I was disappointed that even going through a second time didn't do much.
In both times, the "pre-spraying" staff members (two different people on different days) would nonchalantly spray just the what they could see while standing on just the drivers side of the car. I would think that the establishment would encourage/train the staff to treat each customer as of they were the ones paying for the service. I am sure, if they recieved the wash I did, they would find another location.
On a positive note....the other staff members were very helpful, and the wash system seems to work ok.
