Not such a great experience. I didn't realize how sketch this area was. This is not on them. What is, however, was the fact that it was not specified on the app that there were weight restrictions for pets. But the lady was able to cancel the reservation without any fees. And found a way better place so it all worked out in the end.

Desk clerk was rude and made us feel like we weren't wanted there. My friend dropped her soda cap and it rolled under the bed and when she reached for it she came up screaming and jumped onto the bed. My husband went in for the search to see what touched her hand that was not said soda cap. We ended up pulling a used diaper, a toy, water bottle, used tissues, and just various trash out from underneath both beds. AmAND WE WERE CHARGED $230 A NIGHT FOR A DIRTY HOTEL ROOM. Me and my friend wanted to leave right away. But we didn't. We were already there. And the window! Put an actual curtain over it, even if it is on the 2nd floor. Some people don't like all that light coming into the window while trying to sleep. Will not return to this placeFood & drinks: Applebee's and a few other restaurants are walking distance

AVOID! It smelt like mildew and B.O.- found every bodily fluid except for blood. My sheets were stiff and crusty, the mattress smelt like poop and urine, and the lights were constantly flickering. There were sweaty handprints on the headboard. The place looked liked it was never cleaned. Found chunks of food and bottle caps everywhere. Certainly a roach motel.

The US flag flapping in the wind in front of the Baymont is a disgrace! Maybe you think it's no big deal to fly a shredded US flag but to me, a patriotic disabled veteran it means a lot! I'd very much appreciate it if you'd retire the US flag in front of the Baymont hotel and "properly" retire the flag as possible! I'm sure this is what the CEO would want since Wyndham supports the military so much!

This hotel is really clean and quiet. Stayed one night on a weekday. Comfy bed and pillows. It's been renovated, so the carpets look super new and clean, and no bad smells in the room or hotel that we smelled. Staff was all friendly. Breakfast had toast, cereals, yogurts, oatmeal, biscuits & gravy, and waffles. Felt safe & great location. Would definitely recommend staying!Rooms: King size room had plenty of space.Noteworthy details: Outdoor pool!

The room was fine. Clean and organized. I stayed for a week . The service didn't came to room to clean at all. I had to put out the trash outside the door. I don't recommend to leave jewelry in the room. I looked for my jewelry I didn't had it anywhere. I went back to check if was returned the manager there said it didn't. So I went to make a police report to see if there willing to give back my jewelry. I will not stay there anymore.

I had booked 2 rooms for my family and my father-in-law. Both rooms had parts of the ceiling falling down, the rooms smelled of very strong cleaning fluid (which required the window to be open the whole time), and the bathrooms were degusting. My father-in-laws hot water handle in the shower would not even turn. My family ended up checking into a new hotel, but still had to pay for 2 out of 3 nights, but only stayed 1 night. My father-in-law stayed 2 night out of 3 but could not stay there the third night due to the state of the room.I have stayed at Baymont hotels before without issue, but this will definitely make me think about staying elsewhere in the future.

The room was nice, but the shower was a little wonky, getting water everywhere. The lady running the breakfast was pleasant. The breakfast itself wasn't great! There were no hot biscuits (you literally had to nuke them in the microwave as instructed by the lady running it), and a lack of cold food options in the little fridge. Towels weren't given for the second day of staying. So, we asked the front desk lady, and the service wasn't the best as she clearly didn't want to go look for washcloths. She gave us two towels, and we asked about the hand towels and washcloths, but to no avail. Despite that, I'd probably stay again as the price was cheaper than comparable hotels fairly close.

I stayed at this hotel with friends for a 3 day trip this past weekend and have never experienced such an awful room in my life! Upon pulling up, the parking lot told me everything I needed to know about the quality of this place; there was very little maintenance and garbage everywhere. Once inside, I inquired about the pool, which was non-functional with a sign on the door indicating it was shut down for health concerns by an agency similar to the DHHS. Once we entered our room, a nasty, musty, moldy smell hit us. The room was incredibly humid, and all the surfaces felt damp, including the carpet, bedding, floors, etc. I immediately noticed a stain on my bedding as well, and I inspected the bed for bugs and didn't see anything luckily. For the remainder of my stay, the smell of the room did not improve, and I had to wear shoes into the bathroom because the floor was wet at all times from the humidity alone. I also found a used toothbrush on the corner of the mirror and garbage and a shoe under my bed. The bed was also super uncomfortable, and my back hurt every morning. I refused to shower for the entire duration of my stay as the tub looked disgusting and had a dead roach on the bottom. By the end of my trip, all of my clothing was damp and still has a terrible smell to it from the room. This place is a major health hazard, and if not for being with friends, I would've walked out immediately. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and I hope it gets shut down.

The BayMont is one of my favorite little hotels to book at when I'm just trying to get a nice weekend with my kids or a sneaky link. The pool is fun to me and the rooms are far better than other hotels I've booked at the same price range. My sneaky links all prefer for me to book here as well because the location is very close to all different kinds ox food choices and after they get they rock's off we Always enjoy a nice meal together.

This was a disappointment. I guess we got what we paid for. Someone took a dump in the swimming pool and as of the next day, it had still not been fully dealt with so we could swim. My family was very disappointed not to be able to swim. Additionally it smelled heavily like cigarette smoke and the first room we stayed in had a horrible bathroom order which prompted us to get a new room.

My experience in mid-July 2023 was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. When we arrived, we were disappointed to learn that the pool was closed for the duration of our stay. Our room smelled like a damp dishrag that had been sitting in the sink for a bit too long.We did not have electricity during most of our stay. I paid a total of $400 for a room that didn’t provide the minimum expectations of having lights, hot or even warm water, air conditioning, working outlets to charge our phones, or a refrigerator, let alone coffee, microwave, television, iron, or a hairdryer, and did not receive hotel services that we paid for such as breakfast, a swimming pool, or housekeeping during our stay. The front desk informed us that they would not be issuing any refunds despite the major lack of services that I paid for. I paid 100% for a dark, 90 degree and humid room with 2 beds and cold water. We would have been better off camping.

Lot of people blatantly lying on here. Stayed for a night on my way back home from an event in KC. Checked in and the front desk staff was BEYOND kind and efficient. The room was a little dated but it had everything one would expect out of a hotel room and was quite clean. Breakfast was also solid. This place is fine and a bunch of bad reviews written by poorly-traveled people should not deter you from a stay here.

Location of this hotel is very sketchy to say the least. After already booking the hotel, they decided to tell me the pet weight limit was 25 pounds. It was not listed on any website and the lady at the front desk was very rude.
