Plaza bath and body works has an exceptional staff. Also there’s a worker there that was so helpful and attentive to me. She was sensational, I told the manager how great she was. I will always shop there. Keep up the good work ladies

I was disappointed that a lot of the sents I had hoped for seems to no longer exist I got the lemon scented and it is "okay".
Where are the floral and the three sents.

Went to the Plaza location in KC. The staff were very friendly and not too pushy or clingy, which is what I love. They were helpful when I was looking for things around the store. Love the new fall line!

I enjoy stopping by Bath & Body located on the Country Club Plaza, they always have great selection, good deals and the staff is super friendly. Kat is super helpful, very nice and you can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people and working there! It's employees that her that makes me want to go back and purchase more!
