During COVID, this location was really bad. Lines out the door and no one seemed to care. However they have really improved. I was helped immediately by someone very friendly and competent. There were multiple managers waiting to assist anyone who walked in. I was very impressed.

I had some issues with ahold on a check in my account and went into the bank and Aaron ebrecht assisted me. As well as Katie McCarty, and it took almost 2 hours to resolve they weren't. They're butt off to correct this issue for me and took my concerns and understood how upset I was and handle the problem. Very polite treated me with nothing but respect Aaron ibrex customer service skills are second to none.As well as. Miss mccartney's buddies, they made me very happy that day. They are definitely a huge asset to your company

Horrible bank. They will charge fee after fee. Go with a credit union and stay away from BOA. The worst bank in KC. There are better options that do a much better job.

Di Zhao notarized my mother’s power of attorney paperwork. I felt like he went above and beyond to explain to her the process and was extremely friendly and patient with all of her questions. I would drive from Overland Park again to this location just for this level of customer service!

This Bank of America never picks up their phone. They ordered me a new debit card 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've been trying to call to get in contact with them because the BOA app says there's no tracking on it? Would recommend going to a better location.
