During COVID, this location was really bad. Lines out the door and no one seemed to care. However they have really improved. I was helped immediately by someone very friendly and competent. There were multiple managers waiting to assist anyone who walked in. I was very impressed.

I love this branch and BofAThe management at this branch is accountable and on top of her game. The Personal Bankers take great care of me.
