There are 5 windows and barely have one customer service. People were on line from counter to all the way outside.if you guys can’t serve well,then why keep this bank open ? So sad. Poor service, should be minus star(-star) thumbs down!!!!.

Positive side: there is Spanish service available. Negative side: Poor customer service. The facility needs to be updated.

3pm on a Monday, the line is out the door and literally down the stairs and they have 1 teller. Every single time I come here it’s a line and 1 teller. They obviously don’t care.

Bank of America is a joke. Don't use them, they will hold your deposited payroll check for 7-10 days.

This is one of my favorite branches to conduct my business. The Staff, Yasmin, Bessy and Manager Angie offer the best customer service. They are professional and courteous. They are knowledgeable and very thorough with their services. I have been with BOA since 2008 and have been to different branches in KS and 38th St, KCK branch's staff is by far the best. They want to help their customers and do their best every single time I'm there!I do understand this is a very busy branch and my advice to everyone is to be kind to the staff. They are doing their best. Please be patient with them.

Terrible bank. They usually only have 1 teller inside and is packed with customers. Other workers walk around behind glass doing nothing.

Waited for 30 min in an empty waiting area for help in an empty bank. Worst customer service ever. I been to B of A all over the US and KCK is the worst.
