This is the corporate offices not an actual store. You can not shop at 5300 Speaker road, KCK.

I've had it with the prices from my Ball's Foods Price Chopper. Ten dollars for a head of cauliflower I can get for $3.45 at Walmart? And that's just one out of many examples of unbelievably high prices at your stores. Until you fall in line with other stores'prices and get competitive, I'm done with you. I've been a loyal customer for 12 years, but enough is enough.I will really miss the staff. They're good people.

Harrisonville Balls Price Chopper is so expensive even out of towers leave in sticker shock. COME ON, $2.24 for 1 freaking tomato? I guess we don't only have home and car shortages we have cow, chicken, pig, eggs, and produce shortages.

College and Pflumm used to have the best quality and selection but has really gone downhill on both for about a year now. I thought it was just the pandemic, but other locations and the competition have proven superior.

On 9-22-2017 at 2:20pm I was in the parking lot of the price chopper at 15th St in Grandview, Mo when I started to pull out there was a Black SUV in Front of me and he decided he was going to back all the way out into the roadway in front of the store so I paused and waited for him to finish his eccentric backward merge into oncoming traffic where there was a guy he almost hit in that same roadway in front of the store. the guy was clearly upset that this was going to delay him he pulled around the SUV rolled his window down and flipped me off while cursing at me Muther******. He then sped around the next isle of parking and ended up parking a few slots down from me. Yes I was still parked, so I got out walked up to his car and asked him why he flipped me off and call me a Muther****** he said because I didn't know how to F"**"n drive and I was an idiot. Then he said a lot more profanity, and proceeded to call someone on the phone threatening me and taking pics of my licence plate. I visit this store almost every day for lunch and my family shops here as well and then I realized that he also worked there in the store. I think he is the teller manager but he was in street clothes. I took a picture of his aqua green late 90's Pontiac sun-fire and his license plate number is: DJ6 A8J Missouri plates. Its one thing to have a confrontation in the parking lot but for it to be an off work employee that started the whole parking rage thing is another. Way to go Price Chopper your employees are the face of your company, on and off the clock especially in your own parking lot.

Great company I work for.

This company is a KC gem. My Parkville Hen House has the best produce, meat, seafood and Starbucks. But it's more about family-style customer service. I highly recommend.

I just want to commend the staff at the Hen House in Merriam for their assistance with the Boy Scouts (Pack 3252). Kathy Scott and her crew went out of their way to help the boys raise money for the pack. Also, in the few hours we were there, it was clearly evident that there is a strong, personal relationship between the associates and customers. One could easily see the deep bond between the two. Good job Hen House!

I have been a customer for over 20 years. My overall experience has been great. But, I have to tell you, your Merriam store has problems. It all starts with the management attitude and is displayed through your employees. They are rude and not helpful. I now drive extra miles to your Lenexa store. The store director needs to be fired or retrained at another store.
