The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They help me and my husband every time we are in a pinch for our small business. They also are great at helping you find pieces to fit special events or catered off site events (as long as you give them enough time to order it if ordering is necessary). Overall wonderful company and great customer service!

Don’t buy anything here because they will not return or replace anything that you purchase. I don’t care if it’s a $8 strainer that rusted after washing it one time. The employees that work there don’t have a clue what’s going on or what their policies are on returns. I felt like I was being interrogated over an eight dollar strainer. I will never support this store again.. even if it’s 8 bucks

BEWARE : This place is a SCAM ! They use three different websites which operate randomly. They never answer their phones and when they do it goes straight to a recording. The Customer Service 'manager' sends you an email and when you reply to it, it bounces back as 'undeliverable' They took THREE weeks to fulfill a simple order which they got all wrong after all. No wonder they don't subscribe to PayPal. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of grief - shop someplace else.

Just delivered here..I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I arrived last night and I was able to park at dock and stayed the night..make sure you turn in entrance off 7th street.

The COVID excuse is old. They have not figured out how to adjust like everyone else has. We got an equipment quote in Spring 2021. When we tried to order later summer, it took 3 weeks for someone to take our final order - 3 or 4 calls to find out who would take our order after the original sales person took a medical leave. Fairly good service once we we had a face to face meeting but always had to be the one following up. The initial order was about $24,000. Apparently not enough for respectful service. When I called to set up delivery, I was told that a freezer that was being held for us was knowingly sold to another customer by someone higher in the organization than my sales person. They offered a "a substitute" that would be only $800 more (they were cutting us a break it was actually supposedly more than that). I said no, ordered what I needed from plantbasedpros.com at decent price. It was delivered 4 days later!!! the "substitute" would have been 2 weeks later. Sales rep was then supposed to redo invoice and let us know if we owed them or they owed us. It took too many calls and emails to find out at end of January 22 that they owed us $327. Have not received it as of 3/3/22. Probably never would have if I had not been persistent. This is not how we treat our customers. I suggest you not give them the chance to make you life/business more challenging than it already is. - especially if you are a small food operation.

Everyone here is very friendly and helps you find what you're looking for. This is a great source for professional kitchen goods without paying Williams-Sonoma prices. They've been in business for a long time and the manager, Patty, is very knowledgeable.

Good service but...most restaurants are open longer than 4 pm, extend your hours and your sales might go up. Keep me posted please.
