Nothing wrong with the inside of the store but the outside keeps getting sketchier and sketchier. There is trash everywhere, homeless people sleeping behind the building, and graffiti all over the place.

This store double charged me a week ago for a $135 battery and they say there is nothing they can do to give me my money back because it doesn't show in their system. I have my bank statement showing a double charge. I went in the store directly after rit happened and was told to come back Monday. Monday I was told they would call me Tuesday and after not being called back all week today they said call back tomorrow. A full week later and zero resolutions or even an attempt at one. I asked if it would charge me twice when they asked me to run my card again and they said there is no way that will happen. No one that I have talked to has shown any concern... at all! Terrible customer service!

Although this place has some I don't want to be here faces from the employees they are not lazy they are super helpful and go out of there way and beyond to help others before you even walk into the store they ask if there's anything your looking for and u can just describe the items and they will take u to the location of that said items

the Worst store to order anything from online. They will fake like they tried to deliver the item just so they can charge you a delivery fee and keep the money. send you a email asking if u can pick it up from store. If no response in 2 minutes (literally) they will automatically refund the money back onto your card and you will have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund of your money. They are Terrible

Car battery died so I called to see if they had one in stock. When I got to the store, the lights shut off and they closed an hour and 15 minutes early with no warning during the call. Extremely unprofessional.

The young man at the front desk has no knowledge of batteries and couldn't help me at all. I have to shop elsewhere.
