Very unprofessional I was told the battery checker was down before I bought the battery. Battery did not start my car I wanted a refund they popped up with a Battery checker ?! And I was told if the battery is good you will not get a refund but the Manger had to send a worker to time out and I got my refund still very unprofessional and upsetting

Store Manager Trish Felice have rude behavior and i was the 1st customer in Morning when she open the store i said good Morning and she don’t reply
Even when i ask for help she didn’t.
I bought a bettery and the price was double than walmart for the same energizer brand

Tim was so helpful helping me find the right break pads and rotors I needed for my vehicle. The manager was unfortunately yelling at an employee and a customer and asking her employees to give her money for something(?) she was not very professional. Again, Tim was great and I will be back to see him again!

So unprofessional!!! The girl (Tish) was making doctors appointments while I was asking for a part on my car..Not only that the guy was eating Mc Donald’s at the register.. She (Tish) was using all kinds of profanity smh ... also talking awful about the staff!!

I have a commercial account for many years but I never use 63rd and Troost because of the customer service and today when I went there couple people in the back talking chatting laughing loud one person was in the cashier and I stay on the line until my turn and he said I’m sorry you have to wait for COMMERCIAL account nobody showed up for a long time until the lady she passed me I say hello and she didn’t look at me and she didn’t respond and she start talking to the other Autozone employee I just asked her mom would you please tell me is anyone available in COMMERCIAL account? I’m here for very long time. She said wait somebody’s gonna be with you. I told her I’m here enough I need tlak to somebody in commercial. unfortunately, she was a manager and I never use Autozone 63rd and Troost again.

I am a commercial account holder and spend about $40k a year at rue wornall location down the street. Went in today to pick up a part, and the manager yelled at me for asking her to help me. I was standing there for a while and she kept walking past me and going and talking and laughing with her colleague and didnt seem like she was busy at all. Extremely rude. Will be reporting Tish the store manager to the regional manager.

This is the worst Autozone in the KC Metro. I ordered 2 idler pulleys online and picked these items up in store. The order was ready within 15 minutes. When I got home, one of the pulley's bearing was seized. It would not move at all. I called the store to ask for another one, I was informed they didn't have any more of them and that I could not return the item I just picked up 5 minutes prior. At this time, I had to go to O'Rielly Auto parts as no Autozone's in my area had this particular part. After finishing my job, I went to the store to return the part. I was informed the manager of the store said I was unable to return this part. I was not even able to use the 1 year warranty to even exchange the part. To my knowledge only electrical parts cannot be returned, but this part was bad out of the box. This sealed bearing would not spin. I called corporate online support number and was informed they should take the part back. I was contacted by the district manager who also confirmed I should have been able to return the item. He was able to resolve the issue(thankfully), but overall this was frustrating experience. I have NEVER had this issue returning a part that was bad out of the box. This has pushed me to never use Autozone again. This store has forced me to use other auto parts stores.

If no response in 2 minutes (literally) they will automatically refund the money back onto your card and you will have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund of your money. They are Terrible
