The manger felder is not a person you want to deal with he is rude I don't why you would have him at store he doesn't care to help you and doesn't care about the workers. Don't go to the store if you want help. I don't recommend.

Didn't have a single thing that I needed but they had a spots where these things were suppose to hang on the racks and shelves. Sad excuse for an auto parts store.

This is the absolute worst autozone store in the US! These people are lazy! They won't take care of a customer by looking up a receipt for me! There was one other customer in the store. They were not busy! They refused to take care of me.
I will never come here again! I do not recommend that you shop here. Go to another store!
The manager is not a customer service oriented person.
He called me to give me my receipt 6 hours later. I told him it took him long enough. He still continued to give me the run around. Then he would not give me my refund. So I went to a much better service oriented store on Prospect. Do not shop at the Truman store. They SUCK!

They have
what I need and are close to home only problem is that they close too early here in maps it says they close at nine and I get there a little after seven and they already locked the door!!! 😡

Customer service is very bad. The people who work there don't know anything about cars. Well, I always order parts at AutoZone and I have accounts with them and they always mess me up with the parts. If an item is not correct and you take it back, they ask for a receipt even if you have an account with them, it is of very poor quality and that is why I am going to look for another auto part to make my purchases.

Manager was telling customers they were wasting “his” time. Rude to customers overall and took advantage of the language barriers.
Employees were high AF and tried to sell me the wrong part till I explained the part number is wrong.
Then we wanted an email receipt, then the cashier walked away. The lady behind the counter explained I clicked email, and they canceled my request and gave me a paper receipt.. when I wanted the email.
Only reason me and my wife showed up to this location because you had an item in stock.
Not planning on visiting this store again. Not professional at all.

They're always helpful when I need them and will even try to help me with my vehicle if I need it. When I bought a jack for my jeep they were nice enough to carry it out and put it in the hatch for me. Love the service.

This store is always stocked with what you need. I was looking for a battery for my GMC. Everyone was out, I called and they had it available. I really appreciate that. Kuddos to management. Thank you so very much.
