When I get good service I ??♀️ to the Google reviews. My Tucson died on me 2 days in a row. I recently had the engine replaced as part of a recall so I was skeptical if it was something really connected to that recent repair. Came to Autozone to have it tested and was quickly helped by Danielle, a friendly and extremely knowledgeable associate who tested my battery, listened to my diagnosis and gave me info for picking a new one, and then even installed it for me! She tested my alternator and starter too afterward. I will probably come to this Auto Zone from now on for my vehicle needs. P.S. shoutout to her black girl magic of knowing so much about cars and on how to be so hands on with them. Lol I admire that and aspire to be this well rounded with car skills fr! Thanks again Danielle!

It was one of my favorite places today I went and a person with the name of analicia helped me a woman treated me without respect and reluctantly honestly I do not recommend this AutoZone one pays for a service with kindness not to be treated like a beggar I am not looking the part I needed and he told me they had it, I went to Truman's AutoZone and it didn't take long to find the part and surprise, it was in the previous store, really, bad service and little knowledge of the people who work in that place, blessings

the Worst store to order anything from online. They will fake like they tried to deliver the item just so they can charge you a delivery fee and keep the money. send you a email asking if u can pick it up from store. If no response in 2 minutes (literally) they will automatically refund the money back onto your card and you will have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund of your money. They are Terrible

Jesus did a great job providing me with information about my vehicle. Although it was busy at the time, he did a great job multitasking and taking the time to explain to me my car issue. Very professional and knowledgeable!

Excellent service, I almost always find what I'm looking for and when they don't have the spare part they ask me for it or tell me the store where I can find it and for each purchase points are accumulated that serve as a discount on future purchases.
