THIS STORE IS A SCAM. They will tell you ANYTHING they want in order to gain a sale. They sat there and had us upgrade our phones. We turned in the old phones, and now they won't honor their 'promo' since we changed a phone # on our account because she was getting harassed. The associates at this location never tell you the truth, and it's a hassle dealing with someone from the AT&T customer service to help you with anything.

Megan was awesome with data transfer on the Samsung. She never gave up and was beyond patient with my non tech abilities. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Jared was awesome. He was very helpful getting my grandmother a new phone and helping figure some issues out on my fathers phone too. Took the time and didn't rush us and was very personable and kind.

We went to upgrade 3 of our phones. First off we got the incorrect phones but we wanted the 512's . We ended up with getting the 256gig S23ultras. We didn't know this until I was looking at storage space on mine. Then I realized we were given the wrong ones. The agent helping us said well is to late now the upgrade is done. We also get 2 galaxy watches in our upgrade deal. We were supposed to get the galaxy 6 classics and ended up with 1 classic and 1 regular galaxy 6. So the next day I went back up there and told them they we got 1 regular 6 and 1 classic. So I told them we were supposed to get 2 of the classics. So Matt C told me that he would correct the problem but they were gonna charge me a $55 restocking fee for their mistake. Also we were gonna upgrade my wife's phone but I wanted to make sure it was the correct 512 gig version that we wanted. They told me they were out of the 512s so we were gonna get the 256. My wife had suggested that we check with BestBuy which is in the same parking lot at their store. He said it was too late that the upgrade was already done. So I told him that I hadn't given him any money yet so the deal isn't done yet. So I was trying to text my wife to see what she had found out from best buy and the texts were not going through. So I asked him if her old phone was already shut down and he said yes after he sat there watching me try to text my wife. So best buy were out of the 512s also so we settled on the 256 versions. Matt C was very short with me and very rude. My wife called up there to see why her trade in wasn't in any of the paperwork and she was upset but that doesn't give you the right to hang up on a loyal customer of 20years. We will never go back to this store. They didn't try to fix any of their mistakes. All they said was call the customer service number which my wife did. We should not have to pay a restocking fee for their mistake. We were on the phone with C.S. and they are supposed to call us back on Friday because nobody answered the stores phone. We actually had 2 trips up there last night because my son's phone didn't even work once we got it home and had to go back up so they could fix the Sim card.

I was greeted warmly by mercedes. She helped me with the situation of moving from an older phone to a brand new phone. She was very helpful and gracious. Would recommend the ATT store highly.

I worked Mercedes for my upgrade and she was very patient and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and was pleasant while we waited on the systems.
