Valor at the AT&T store was so kind and helpful and got me good deal with a phone that I never thought I could afford. My grandson is very jealous lol Valor was such a kind and informative gentleman. He made me feel like I was special and not just a number but a valued customer. My experience was quick and not like the horrible experience I had 3 years ago where there was fraud within your company from ordering online. I will just go to your store and leave happy not upset about 11 hours in 2 days and your fraud department. Denell completed a very tedious and timely process with ease and efficiency. She was a Godsend after spending 1.5 hours on the phone with ATT day prior. Thank you so much Denell! Chris, the manager was awesome as well. I 100% recommend this store.

Christopher the sales manager is the absolute best. He made my move to another city and setting up my new internet and getting the old taken care of so easy & smooth. He got me the best deal too! This location is the best because of the employees.

Two Reps tried to find the setting on my new Pixel 7a to allow phone calls from unknown numbers. They called ATT customer service and another person tried to find it. That person thought it was a problem with the phone. The next day I called ATT customer service to find out about the warranty. The lady read the notes on my account and looked at my phone. She immediately said she knew what was wrong and she did!!!! Pixel needs people trained specifically for it. My experience at the store was positive they worked almost two hours.

Had the best experience working with Valor today, got a screen protector done by the store on State Ave and he was able to assist me in putting it on correctly without any issues! Asked great questions and got to know me and made sure all of my needs were taken care of!

I rarely write Google reviews, but Chris, the Manager of this store deserves a HUNDRED GOLD Stars! I have NEVER had to sat at an AT&T store for THREE HOURS to fix an issue… but YES! It took THREE HOURS to RESOLVE this issue and Chris NEVER gave upAnd kept his “positive attitude” while I ran through a rainbow range of emotions from confusion, irritation, anger, annoyance and more!I’ve been an AT&T mobile customer since 1997 had been paying for my mom’s cell phone on my account for over 20yrs. When dad passed, he left mom comfortable and she felt guilty that I was paying her cell phone bill so she asked if she could move to her own account. I agreed. I live in CA and I’m lives in KS. 5yrs passed and mom is not in a Memory Care facility and I had to take care of all her bills - cell phone being one of them!When mom and I walked into AT&T on Parallel (5mins from mom’s new home) we were greeted by Chris the Manage. I explained that I needed to move mom’s cell phone to my account due to the recent life circumstances and assumed this would be a “cake walk”! Little did I imagine.. it would take THREE HOURS… apparently when mom opened her OWN account, and u scrupulous salesperson hooked her into a PREPAID Plan (Cricket! Didn’t know that was owned by AT&T).. and it would NOT allow him to Transfer mom’s number.She begged to keep the same number so “closing out this account” was not an option. PLUS it was June 1.. so they ALREADY took out her $55.00/PREPAID Amount… so we May have lost that.SUBSEQUENTLY:1. Chris tried to port the number to a REGULAR account.. and it wouldn’t allow him. But wouldn’t tell him why.2.He suggested that I contact Customer Support with MY phone and ask to Transfer to my account - they said “I had to go to the store, can only be done IN STORE”.. which I told them I was IN STORE WITH Chris Manager”So they said he had to do it3. Chris then tried “other ways”I’m his iPad (details i don’t know).. system kept rejecting him.4. Chris then called HIS INTERNAL support line, they walked him through the process, and system STILL wouldn’t allow him.5. He suggested I call the Loyalty Line because I’d been a long-time Customer.. after several minutes with the agent, they resigned said “can only to done IN STORE”6. Chris then tried his magic on the iPad - determined to make this happen .wouldn’t allow himThis CIRCLE went on and on for HOURS… Chris never lost his cool..stayed patient, sweet and positive as my mom and I were about to lose our minds…And SOMEHOW.. Chris FOUND THE RIGHT PERSON at Corporate who guided him through the processes and Mom was able to:1. Keep her longtime phone2. SAVE $$3, I have Peace of mind her cell phone is taken care of!Chris WON MY CONTINUED Loyalty to AT&T when I was about to CANCEL my account after this THREE HOUR Charade!I wonder if mom and I Win and AT&T AWARD For staying so long at one atore for One Problem?!Hey AT&T - if you’re reading this.. CHRIS DESERVES a DAMN RAISE!!

Visited the AT&T store, was looking to upgrade my phone. I was working with Valor and Eve while I was there. They had amazing customer service and made sure I knew about everything to expect on the next bill so there were no surprises. Valor was able to demonstrate all products and prices to me and was very knowledge. I appreciated the hard work and making my family and I feel valued.
