It's a great store but a little overwhelming. Lots of selections to choose from. I found what I was looking for, but had to get help to locate it.

My husband recently got a new shop for his established business and we were searching for furniture. Alex was so kind to answer all of questions and scan select items we were interested in. She checked inventory, prices, color ways, etc. We were very greatful to have such a helping hand!

Store was very disappointing. Extremely messy and unorganized including physical trash like empty soda bottles and coffee cups on a several shelfs throughout the store. Has to be employees with the pure amount of cups. I left after I saw an employee pull pillows from the shelf and put them on the floor. This floor is concrete and dirty but this pillow will be used to lay on. YIKES !

absolutely appalled at the customer service, the management, the false advertising, and the lack of cleanliness that was portrayed during my visit. I’m a manager myself and have been for 2 years in the customer service industry. This manager 1) when we asked for a price check because something wasn’t labeled, she told us SHE forgot her scanner and then said that we can “always look it up on the website”. if i wanted to look up things and buy them from the website, i would have. i needed help IN store and was made to feel bad for asking a question on a product i planned on purchasing. This manager 2) when i was purchasing a painting it had a big red 50% off sticker on it, as well as the exact same paintings that were next to it. When i went up the counter to check out, i wasn’t able to see how much things were or discounts on the card reader, so i started to look at my receipt as we were walking out, just to double check everything. i went back inside with the painting, seeing i was charged the full amount. the manager came over to the girl that was checking us and let us know that it was our fault and the policy is that once it’s rung up full price that’s what it is and we have to check it before we leave the store and that somebody else probably switched the stickers or tags on the painting. I started to get a little upset, letting her know that i couldn’t see a price on the card reader and the other paintings that were the exact same were labeled wrong as well then. She let me know with a very rude attitude that she could give me the refund or the discounted price “just this once” but this is the only time she would ever do it. My partner and I were being respectful, she was the one getting defensive over something i felt could have been a quick fix. we received no apology from her, just terrible customer service. THEN THE MANAGER 3) when we came back inside because we couldn’t fit it in the car (i know after all this) we asked if they could hold it until tomorrow or if we could receive a refund. we were very apologetic. the manager asked us if we could have anyone else come get it (no, it was 8pm at the time as well) then started making my partner feel terrible, very condescending and disrespectful. she was speaking to us like we were a huge burden and this giant problem. her employees were apologetic and i assured them i had to problem with them and appreciated their kindness and patience. As my partner and i get more furniture and decor for our apartment, we will NEVER be stepping foot into that specific at home again, which is such a shame. i really hope that at home executives or district managers take into consideration new management. i have NEVER left a review about customer service ever before, as someone who has worked in the industry so long and is very understanding. there was NO reason my partner and I should have received that type of treatment and its saddening thinking other people could receive it as well. there’s a certain way to talk to people, especially customers who just dropped a LOT of money at your store and just need some help on a confusing situation.

Disappointed in the deceptive pricing today-and surprised. A generic price sticker was on top of the store label price on an item in the clearance area. When I checked out, it appeared I had been charged a clearance price, but in looking under the price sticker at home, it was actually the original price on the At Home label. I hope this is not the new way of doing business here.

I bought a "memory foam" bed pillow and upon investigation, ultimately found out there was no actual foam in it at all, just polyester fiberfill. The label said 'Quilted Memory Foam" and in fine print 'high loft fiber filled'. it turns out that the actual memory foam is a micro layer piece of memory foam sewn into the quilt. Very deceptive.
