“Reasonably priced, new management since October. Maintenance issues are fixed in a timely fashion. Most neighbors are friendly and there’s a good sense of community. Some neighbors are very noisy but that’s with any apartment complex.”

“I have been a tenant for over a year. When I first moved in they only had a 1 bed unit available but once a 2 bed opened up they took care of me quickly and easily. Mark, Shane and Kathy are awesome. The units were newly remodeled when I moved in and the few matinee issues were taken care of quickly.”
