If you want to rent tools from this store, forget about it and better find a different place. Rented a tool which supposedly they started it while I was inside paying, after getting it home, it wouldn’t start, returned it in the same condition since I wasn’t able to use it. The manager on duty said “well it’s flooded with fuel, it looks dirty, and we were not notified that it’s not working”. The tools that are rented here are not in a pristinely clean condition. If you are going to rent from this place, take pictures and make sure they start tools in front of you! Wasted my time, money, and garden job not done. Thanks Waters!

The staff are always super nice and the atmosphere is relaxing but, the prices..... I just can't do. I get it's conveniently down the street, but everything is atleast $10+ more expensive than home depot. If there was more competitive pricing or price match, I would be there more.

Good morning,At times I go to Waters in order to brain storm and price match!Michael without fail always asked me what I need help with! This particular day I needed a certain size bolts to match for my project. I had been there for awhile and Michael comes on buy for the assist!saving me time and money!I just wanna say thank you for your great service!

4 stars rating? I don't see why. Tried to buy velcro on sale because the box is open. Sticker price tag says 3 bucks. Got to register and rung up for 30. I brought it to their attention and ignored what I said. They said they sell it by foot. So why was there a price drop in just that box and not the others? So u have to open a box to buy a piece? Doesn't even make sense. It's obviously new price so why not scan the new price tag not the original? Staff are very rude. Followed my wife for a while. Older gentleman is racist I think.

Much less than 1 star.I rented equipment, the equipment did not work, could not get my money back so they gave me credit. I went back a few months later and used the credit, the total was $12 dollars more than the original so I paid the $12 dollars with my credit card. The next Monday they charged $1,996 to my card, after several months of them returning and re-charging my card (which included conversations with the owner who said "It is not my problem") I finally got an accounting specialist with my credit card company to return my money and cancel the card so they would not keep charging.Never go there, I know I will not.

I love the people here and have shopped here for years. I'm really not certain what's happening but I can't rent from them anymore. In the last year i rented the concrete grinder and it did not grind flat. 1 of the heads wore faster than the other 2. I brought it to the managers attention.Yesterday I rented the grinder again and it still has the same problem. This time the concrete was softer and it messed up the floor very bad. The response was that it just went out last week with no complaints. I'm a professional not a standard homeowner. Needless to say I won't be renting from them again. Yes I understand that people don't know how to use the equipment but when a problem is brought to your attention and can be proven and your mechanic denies it, it might be time for a new mechanic or at least some training

Incredibly disappointed with customer service today. Young pregnant woman at cash register acted annoyed we bothered getting in line. Plants didn't have a price so she called someone who also wasn't interested in assisting and didn't get the sku. So she calls a 3rd person to the register and she couldn't help because her glasses were in the back. So first girl says she has something more important to do and leaves us standing at register to wait for somebody else to come up. We told her customer service is actually important and walked out. Sad because we've purchased from this store for 20 years. Not sure they will get our business again. No reason to be rude.

Went in JC waters 1/17 at 4:15 to purchase mixed paint. Pushed the call button at the paint desk and waited about 10 minutes. Nobody showed so we went elsewhere for paint.

Pricey but lotsa extras in store. Has a gift section. Christmas selection has a good amount of quaint things. I recommend stopping in for a look.

Nice place to go and find what you need locally. Really don't understand the bad reviews everywhere you go you have to wait in line to pay sooo..... people are pretty sour cause they feel entitled but its actually a good place to go get things.
