Edit to my original review, went from 2 stars to 1. My truck now has a significant oil leak that started about the time they changed it. Oil dipstick was broken off and seized up inside and can’t take it out. Also, they’re the absolute laziest and worst car salesman I’ve ever worked with. Extremely low balled
Me on my trade in value, and wouldn’t give me any quotes or estimates on a vehicle unless I came into the dealership. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.
First off, definitely expensive and over priced for services. Had a scheduled appointment for your basic oil change tire rotation and a quick inspection and it took over 7 hours to complete that. So if you’re in a hurry or plan on using your vehicle that day, don’t. Won’t be going back.

I came to Valor to have my Jeep serviced and to consider purchasing a new vehicle. Brad was great at providing options and answering questions. He wasn’t too pushy but he was very knowledgeable about cars - that’s my kind of salesman. :) I appreciated all his assistance in the process of purchasing a new car.

Do not use there vehicle service department! They do not know what they are doing or they are intentionally replacing parts that are not the cause of the problem. Either ignorance or scamming. We believe it's the latter but will leave it to you to decide

Valor Ford and Brad were great to work with. Everything was done very efficiently. There was no pressure to add any extra maintenance coverage. I have already recommended them to several people. Sadly, I won't need to come back very soon, because I LOVE my 2022 Ford Edge!

I would never recommend buying a used vehicle from this company! We bought a used truck to only have the truck a couple of days and the headlight went out. When taken back to the dealership to get the light fixed they would not cover the cost to fix the headlight. My husband had talked with Steve. The best Steve could do is cover half the cost which as a business owner he should have taken all of the cost as this happened only with a couple of days of having the truck. I went in to talk with Steve (owner) to see why he would not cover the cost. Steve was very rude, would not budge on taking the cost for the headlight. I have never had any trouble buying a used vehicle from any other company. To be disrespected after spending a lot of money there plus now for the headlight, was very disappointing. I would never recommend buying a vehicle from here. Steve as for you, I hope you can gain some professionalism and maybe attend a class to be a better business man, and hopefully your headlight don’t go out! I hope you have the day you deserve?
