This location is listed as a drop off location, but when you go in to do so, they refuse to accept returns with QR codes instead of a printed out label. Directed me to go to the next town 30 minutes over to the actual UPS store. If your not going to accept all UPS package returns, then you should state so online.

Pretty bad experience. Was wanting to ship an amazon package back to amazon, and received little actual assistance other than "Can't help, go to (another store name)". Didn't really help at all, deferred business elsewhere, and didn't do any real customer assistance. I would apparently go elsewhere to ship packages. Junction City Box-N-Ship is evidently the place to send packages. Not this place. In my experience of course.
