Dr. Shamburg and the team at Town and Country Veterinary Clinic are truly exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond, always putting the emotional well-being of dogs first, which is a rare and invaluable quality. As a certified dog trainer, I deeply appreciate their understanding of dog behavior—something that truly sets them apart from other clinics. We’ve trusted them with our pets for years, but last night, they really showed just how amazing they are during a dog emergency. Dr. Shamburg’s quick, compassionate care made all the difference, and she even followed up with us several times today to ensure our dogs were doing well. If you’re looking for a vet who truly cares, look no further. Highly recommend!

Avoid this veterinary hospital. I’d give zero stars if I could. Drive the extra distance to go to another clinic in manhattan. I took my husky here to get spayed back in 2018. They did a crap job 0/10 and my poor husky still has her period. The vet failed to do their job correctly and I am afraid to take my pup in to get another surgery as I’ve read it could be dangerous. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT COME TO THIS VET IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FUR BABIES NO MATTER HOW MUCH CHEAPER IT IS HERE.

This was my first time going to Town& Country since moving here. Dr. Josh Haynes was amazing with my cat. My cat is not a fan of the vet but the doctor was very patient with him in order that he could get his shots. He was also patient with all my questions I had about my cat. The prices are right and they do not try to upcharge you. I'm extremely glad I chose Town& Country to be my cat's vet

I love this place! I want to gatekeep it so bad but people should know that the prices here are incredible! We see Dr. Brandy and she’s always so friendly and informative. We came in 2 weeks ago on a busy Saturday morning with no appointment. We just adopted our kitten cheddar 2 days prior and believed he had a UTI. We walked in right at 8am and were seen for a walk in appointment within 15 mins.

I can't say enough about the great team that helped us send our baby over the rainbow bridge. So compassionate and loving. They love our pets as much as we do.

This place is so ridiculous! You can never get an appointment. One Saturday my dog started having diarrhea with blood in it and he was urinating pure blood. I took his stool sample in and asked if he could be seen. Of course, I was told what I am always told when I try to get an appointment, "sorry, we are triple booked", we will look at his stool sample on Monday. There was not one single patient in the waiting room. Took him straight to another vet, he was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. They took care of him.
Then, Monday came and no call about the results of the stool sample I had dropped off. Now, they send me a bill every month for the stool sample. The chick named Takara who works there is so damn rude, just like she was when she worked at the animal shelter.
I feel these folks are there for the farm families and to heck with the rest of the population. That's okay, I need a vet that will see my dog when he is sick.
NO, I was NOT given an appointment on that Saturday. You said you were triple booked, took my stool sample and sold me some forti Flora. I was never ever given an appointment...I was sent away!!!

With the help of Friends of Animals and Town & Country I was able to get my daughters cat spayed at a low cost. They definitely know their stuff and Lettie the cat had zero problems and recovered quickly. Thank you guys so much for all you do for the pets of the community.

Absolutely terrible. Went there for years , a lump appeared on my dog and there was no urgency for my pet. Called another vet and got a same-day appointment. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Go to a place that actually cares about your pet and treats you well.

Highly recommend for all animal care. They have been amazing with my dogs to my farm animals. Staff & DRs are friendly, personable, answer any of my questions/concerns & take great care of all my critters. Prices are best around the area also!

Everyone is great at what they do and very knowledgeable! They are also very caring to the animals and their owners. We have taken our dogs there and we still take our cats there. I won't take my animals to anyone else and their fees are better than any place I have taken my animals to. Thank you everyone at Town and Country!!

There is no one else that I would recommend to care for your pets!!! They are an efficient, friendly, professional, and caring staff! Their costs are MORE THAN FAIR! I would trust this vet office with my fur babies lives a million times over! This is seriously the ONLY vet office that I recommend! Their staff takes such amazing care of the animals and the owners. They go above and beyond regularly animal care, they help in cases of emergencies, work with other local animal welfare agencies and are always open and honest about animal care which is something HIGHLY VALUABLE. This vet office GENUINELY cares about ALL animal welfare.
