I will never come back, came in at 11am for a break fluid flush and talked to the district manager seems like a great guy and very knowledgable, they broke 2 of my bleeder valves and told me it was going to be 695 to replace them and do the fluid flush I worked in the industry for a few years and know that a caliper cost about $75 for my car, I was one of the first people here and a guy that came in after me waited 3 hours for a oil change. No appointments so you would think first come first served means if you are here first your car gets done first, went out to look how far they got on my car and then an hour later checked again and it was in the same state, just went out again and the mech that was working on my car was putting 2 new tires on a trailer that came in at 2:30pm, why was I hear first and they got the parts and I’m still here 5 hours later? $695 is way over priced for 2 front calipers and a break fluid flush, and on top of that $35 for shop supplies? What is shop supplies? Because from my understanding I bought the labor and the fluid in the break flush, and paid for calipers and labor to do the calipers, so what is $35 for shop supply? Maybe for the two pieces of paper my receipt was printed on.on top of all of this even paying for the break fluid change and it still feel like there is air in my line.

I came in thinking that I would have to buy a new tire, but luckily they were able to fix it, saving me hundreds of dollars. They were very kind, professional, and helpful. I'm definitely going to go back for other services when needed.

I recommend this shop in a HEARTBEAT for anyone who asks. I’ve taken two vehicles to their shop in the time that we’ve lived here and have had incredible experiences both times. They communicate better and faster than any other shop I’ve been to. This last time, after purchasing a new-to-us van, we brought it straight to them for an oil change and asked for a once-over to diagnose any needs this vehicle may have so that we can start off with it in good shape. They could’ve told us anything or made a big long to-do list, but didn’t. They’re the most honest shop I’ve ever known. They gave me a email breakdown of all the vehicle’s systems (pictures included) and their respective conditions. Out of all of it, they only recommended replacing the power steering pump as it was leaking. They initially believed the hoses were also leaking but later told me that instead of replacing them, they were able to clamp them differently so that they no longer leaked and a replacement was no longer necessary. They could have replaced them anyways and charged us and I would’ve never been the wiser. They saved me $400 just by being honest and I will forever give them my loyalty as a customer for that! They also have coupons on their website and a military discount and happily apply them to the bill when asked about them. Best shop I’ve ever been to. Can’t sing their praises enough!

3rd time I've come here and they saved my weekend. Got there after work with a nail in my tire. Too close to the sidewall to patch it, so I had to replace it. Everything done in less than an hour. Appreciate the awesome and quick service.

Witness such a horrible interaction with the front desk lady and a mechanic waiting for my car. She doesn't seem to have any customer service skills anytime we are there. Then sitting in the back corner on her phone bossing around the mechanics to do her job that she's more than capable of doing I feel bad that T.O. Hass mechanics have to deal with such a lazy front worker. The front needs to do a change for them to have my service back. Unacceptable management needs to do better at hiring the right people in the front that know how to do their job.

They were so kind, got my car in for an oil change/ tire rotation, and did everything for a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change/ tire rotation.

The absolute worse service I have experienced in automotive repair. They had my vehicle for 3 days. I had to call numerous times for vehicle updates.
Day 1 - I dropped the vehicle off the night before (Wednesday) and was told they would do my alignment the next day (Thursday). I stopped by Thursday afternoon around 3:45 and found out it hadn't been looked at yet.
Day - 2 get called at 8:56 a.m. my vehicle needs ball joints. I approve the repair. Was told my vehicle should be done later in the day or by noon Saturday.
Day - 3. Noon comes and goes and no car. They are waiting to get my vehicle on the alignment rack. WHAT??? Because they put someone else's ahead of mine. They don't take appointments so it's first come first serve. Either I got skipped in line or they ignore their own rules for repair. I have been waiting 3 days for the alignment rack. Finally got my car back at 4:00 p.m. Saturday.

I asked for a paper copy of the diagnostic report & was told I got that electronically which I did but I wanted a hard copy. Also, was given verbal estimate for repairs but when asked for an itemized estimate was told they only give that if I have the work done there. I wanted to see exactly what the $1491+ estimate included.
