I just left this establishment. Have been coming here for years on my trips from Colorado to Missouri. So disappointed in the customer service, as the entire time I was at the register, the attendant was talking on the phone having a social conversation, no iContact, no manners, etc.... However, what floored me more than ever... Were the 12 individual customers inside of the store that did not have on a mask of any kind. This is why Covid continues to destroy our nation. No sense in having a sign, or an ordinance, if nothing is going to be enforced.I will never come back to the store again although I am a loyal Shell station customer. Unfortunate. But more unfortunate that Covid is being spread in that once quaint polite city of junction city Kansas

these people have no respect, and very careless about contagious diseases. They are not clean. Absolutely disrespectful to customers and towards fellow coworkers. if someone is sick let them stay home and recover don’t let them come in and spread it to customers and other coworkers.?? if I could give this a zero star I would. Needs better management and employees.

If you value your money DO NOT shop here they are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED on everything in the store... wish I could give this place a 0 rating.. Management at this establishment is non existent..The head manager shows obvious favoritism towards certain employees and customers. I wouldn't recommend that gas station to anyone, everything is over priced, terrible service, and the head manager Heidi does and says what she wants ......moral or immoral it doesn't matter she always gets away with it!

Hedi has to be about the rudest manager that I have ever seen. Where should I begin on why I would say that . First things first , it is very obvious that she has her favorite and not so favorite customers . Not to mention she has her favorite and not so favorite employees . Hedi gives discounts to her favorite customers . For example the other day she charged a lady for a 16oz refill when she clearly had a 44oz refill . Hedi adjusted the total price for someone who was used to paying a certain sale price .

The tweaker lady that works the graveyard shift really knows customer service. I got a slick handy in the bathroom, and my boy Barkus got finger blasted at the same time .
