Management was caught screaming, yelling names and trying to start a fight at the next door neighbor's business (seen it myself from my car in the parking lot) because of an incident caused by a guy who left the parking lot and wasn't even there. The place needs to fire and rehire new workers and management. It's such a great place for having horrible management and workers. It's a shame...

I consistently went to Scooters, until the new app came out, and my account wouldn’t work.I finally gained access, and today, i tried them out again, due to having a reward to use.I ordered a Blended Carmelicious, and a sandwich. The drink didn’t have enough of the emulsifying base, and had ice chunks. I kindly and gently asked if it could be blended again, and add a pump of base.The girl in the window clarified my request, and proceeded to ask the barista to reblend it. To which the barista screamed, “I ALREADY DOUBLE BLENDED IT, then came to the window to tell me that she already did that.”She then proceeded to put my name on a running list of names of people who get their next drink free.I don’t want a free drink! I want the baristas to do their job correctly, and know the appropriate ratios of ingredients to use.I just want what I pay for. This Scooters is notorious for poor consistency, and terrible customer service.

The service is great here and the employees are always friendly and kind, but the drive thru layout is becoming a problem for bigger vehicles. Two vehicles were parked in such a way that it was a tight squeeze to turn our vehicle to get our order. It was almost to the point where we had to stop and get out to get someone to move the cars. I would urge management to reconsider allowing vehicles to be parked here to avoid future accidents.

I finally tried Scooters for the first time last week. I got the white chocolate mocha. It was okay. I paid the same price there as I would for my grande at Starbucks. Their cake ball or whatever it’s called wasn’t good though. I think I’ll stick to my Starbucks. Staff was very very friendly though.

It seems lately that scooters has an issue making tea based drinks... I don't know if it's a matter of new staff or what, but my earl grey lattes and matcha lattes have been just plain tea for some reason. ..

I often have to wait at the ordering box, and then call into the facility on my cell phone after waiting for someone to take my order. On at least two occasions, i’ve waited for 5 minutes before deciding to call. Even though the line is all the way back to the street.I come to Scooter’s every single day, and in the mornings before 9:00, the drinks are always consistent. Come after 9:00, be prepared for possible dissatisfaction.That being said, I’ll continue to patronize Scooter’s.

I always order online on the app, and always have to wait forever. They always forget my extra shot of expresso. I wish there was a better scooters in JC. Just so disappointed on how long this process takes, meanwhile the staff just joke around inside and I can hear them at the window.
