I drove 2500 miles to view his dyno for sale. Gave a $10,000 deposit. My end decision was to buy a new dyno. I offered him to keep some of the money and he then said we have nothing to talk about take me to court whatever his response. He ripped me off for the full 10,000 dollars with a straight face. I also felt very off about the situation the dyno trailer had no license plate or title he said he forgot.

For a good laugh, call and try and set up an appointment. Who ever the guy is who answers the phone is the most negative and unfriendly person I have ever spoke too. It’s amazing that a place like Thai can still exist with so many better options so close by. I cancelled my appointment so I can’t speak to the quality of their work, but honestly I couldn’t care less. Poor customer service is enough for me to rather spend more or drive further.

Nobody likes to have mechanical issues in your vehicle. Even worse when you can't fix things yourself. This is why I called Jeremy and told him what was going on and I've tried everything and could not figure it out myself. Jeremy called me and let me know what was going on and was very honest with me about the cost and how long it was going to take. Jeremy called me and kept me updated on the patient. He even called me over the weekend. Jeremy is very dedicated and skilled at his profession. I will definitely be going back if any of my vehicles need the care Jeremy takes to get any of them back up and running again. I may even take it to him for the basics as well like an oil change. He likes getting his hands dirty more than I. I highly recommend Jeremy @ Revolution AutoWorks.

My boyfriend and I took our 2017 Shelby GT350 here to have them install a Procharger supercharger kit. After several weeks, we have come to an agreement to never do business with this shop again. This is a summary of our terrible experience. By no means, is this meant to speak badly about the owner or employees. Save your money and go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect. Two weeks prior this appointment was scheduled to have the vehicle brought in “first thing in the morning” on a Monday, and quoted to take a few days, but NO LONGER than a week. On Friday we had received no updates so we call at lunch and were informed that they had not started working on the car but would “for sure” start working on it Friday afternoon. After the weekend passes we had not received any word by Tuesday, and so we decided to go to the shop in person. Jeremy immediately rebutted “reasons” as to why the car was still outside and yet to be worked on AT ALL or even MOVED since the following Monday morning when it was dropped off. He then said he would put in the “extra hours” to get the project started and completed. Thursday evening we received word that the vehicle would be ready and Friday morning we go to pick it up. At this point after seeing the car finally completed we were very happy especially with the quality of work because Jeremy and Dustin did a great job installing the kit...for the most part, but they did not complete the install. If they would have completed this kit we would have been okay with the time it took to get this project done. If Jeremy had even offered to install the spark plugs we would not be writing this review. But that was the straw on the camels back. Another positive of the experience is Jeremy stuck to his exact quote which in other situations that does not usually happen. As the car is driven home and we try out the pro charger kit, once hitting 5,000 rpms the car started sputtering and lost power. At first thought it was possibly bad fuel so we kept testing the car on the drive from junction and the same result occurred. We then call Jeremy and he says it’s the spark plugs and you need to replace them, also come to find out this is a crucial step on the last page of the pro charger instruction manual. We were never asked if we wanted to change the spark plugs or told we needed to. The shop didn’t even offer to install the spark plugs.... So now we have to go to another shop just to get the spark plugs installed because the car does not hardly run without this small but crucial step. If you do decide to do business with this shop, you might want to call them once a day to check in on the progress of your vehicle. In our experience they did not care about us as a customer and also insulted our lack of ability to complete this kit ourselves. Number one rule of customer service is not to insult the customer or make them feel bad. We rate them one star out of five but they easily could have received a five star if they would have even just updated us and made the situation right with the spark plugs. Two very easy things. The best quality work only goes so far, you need several other facets to make your service experience complete. The work was very good quality, but unfortunately they did not do anything else when it comes to running a business like: communication, timelines, and respect.

The guy seemed bothered by my presence. Was no help at all. I got the feeling he did not want my business. Seemed condescending and dismissive. I personally did not like or trust him. This is my subjective opinion. I dont just let anyone work on my 2015 Evo. I went with White Owl performance. Night and day professionalism. Was up beat and happy to see me. Diagnosed my issue right away and did not need my VIN to order my parts. To reply to Jeremy: F\\u0026M Mortorsports in MHK also was able to help me without a VIN. Professional and friendly they were able to answer my questions and provide me with. Quote over the phone according to what I believed I needed done. Might want to reevaluate your policy.

Straight shooter. Jeremy gives you the low down without the salesman pitch. It's nice dealing with the man that runs the show rather then some overpaid employee behind a desk typing on a computer in some multi million dollar corporation. At first Jeremy comes across a little bullish, but if you show him your interest and stay in contact. He will warm up to you. Professional the entire way and never once tried to oversell me on anything. Things took a little longer then expected and was not the fault of revolution autoworks, but Jeremy stayed on top of it and got it done.

Quick service and a level face to face talk on what services they can provide. They fixed up a lot in a single day, and my truck runs much better and more efficiently. Jeremy is a good man to work with with a heart to seek top quality. Highly recommend for your automotive needs.

If you own a diesel this is the place you need to go. No upsell or shady stuff. Just honest and informative. This is the only place I'll take my truck in the JC/Manhattan area.

Decent place and do good work but despite paying a grand on previous work they dont allow you to get your own parts and have them install calling it a then "DIY project" I personally like to pick my own brands that I trust that they dont offer. So wont be giving them returning business. Just a shame.
