Used to be one of the top shop in JC. Now, they don’t even do a courtesy call. Last time I had to call to check and they said it was done an hr ago and their responses was “don’t know why no one called you.” and this time. They never called after they said they would call when done even took our phone #s. Now I have to pick up my car tomorrow. It used to be customer first, and now they just hire people to fill up spots. This is two issues out of many that I had with them from tires to oil, and etc. if you want your car to get the service it needs for the money you’re paying then I would highly recommend that y’all take your business else where.

A great staff, have taken my car here for tires, oil changes, a some major work on my Prius. They are good to customers and I can rely on what advice they give concerning my car. I but the Michelin Defender tires. I have never had a flat on multiple sets, the pay in 6 months makes it easy to keep my car traveling with safe tires. My car's odometer has 192, 000,000 They check the tire health every 6 months.

Absolutely fantastic service! Took my car in for a small leak on the passenger rear tire and it was fixed in under 20 minutes. The staff are knowledgeable and professional and the waiting area is clean. I highly recommend this place next time you are looking for tires or to fix an air leak.

Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the service that I requested. However, the staff was friendly and they showed and explained the reason they could not do an alignment on my truck with the equipment they had due to my wheels and tire package. They could have easily fooled me but they were honest, and I appreciate that.

I have had their tires for 3 years with no problems!!! My electronic tire notification goes off every time it gets cold saying I have low tire pressure. They are so kind to always check my tires and get the warning lights to go off!

I have been going to this place for about 5 years now. I have bought a couple sets of tires. Also had to visit this morning, found out I had a screw in my tire. Excellent service really appreciate all the guys and how helpful they were. I was in and out very fast this morning. Will keep coming to this place as long as they are around. You guys are awesome

Thank you guys sooo much!!!!!Y’all had me cracking up the entire time, started with the phone call to ask about the price and just the joking got my husband to feel comfortable.Thank you to your mechanic for physically showing me what needs to be fixed and not just doing what most do just tell and expect me to understand. He even explain to me why it needed to be fixed, what the parts was, wrote it down so I won’t forget and even explain to me doing it all together saved a me in the long run of double the alignment, double the fee. On top explain work on getting one car the best shape for the safety of our children and us. Most places wouldn’t care they just want moneyMy husband and I will be back for both our cars to get fixed and also posted a positive review on the fort Riley review page <3
