Excellent service and care! Paws Inn had 3 of our dogs and 2 cats for 10 days while we went on vacation. All 5 received great loving care. They sent videos and pictures of our fur babies to keep us feeling confident and assured. All returned to us healthy and happy. We will definitely be using Paws Inn for our annual vacations. Thank you Paws Inn!

Brought in my great Pyrenees today who's fur was in pretty rough shape due to all the weather and mud the last few weeks. When I picked him up I almost didn't recognize him. Such an amazing job. I will definitely be bringing both my big boys back every 3 months. My dog is also very anxious around new people and the groomer was quickly able to win him over

Wonderful job!!! I took my old dog in for grooming. Although he is old and stubborn and can be difficult to work with they did the best they could do and he looks and feels much better. Very satisfying. As for the staff they were all very friendly and understanding. Fantastic Job!!!

Highly recommend making a grooming appointment with Shawna at Paws Inn! I love getting my dogs groomed by Shawna! She takes time to get to know them before taking them back and it makes the process so much easier! They always look great at pickup!

I've used Paws Inn on & off for years. Primarily as a place to board, but then last year I started bringing my younger Lab there on Tue & Thur for doggy daycare. The staff at the time, Liberty and Shauna, were great and said that on daycare mornings, Paws Inn takes dogs at 0700 instead of their customary 0800. Many of us work on post & report at 0730, so 0700 drop-off was a blessing. Last week, the new staff post on the front door that there will no longer be a 0700 drop off. One customer there picking up her pup when I was getting mine asked to speak to the owner; stating she's been dropping her dog off daily at 0700 for five years. The staff there, whom I think is the owner's daughter showed zero empathy and didn't seem to care. Not only are we customers who need the 0700 drop-off time being disregarded, as are our pups who socialize together there; but not showing up until 0800 means the dogs being boarded have an additional hour they have to wait before they can go outside to eliminate. That's just wrong! They're left from about 5PM to 8AM with no relief. Now, I support capitalism and the owner of Paws Inn can do as she pleases; yet it shows disregard for the community that works on post and financially supports Paws Inn by bringing our pups regularly and recommending P.I. to others. It's also just mean for the boarded dogs who have to wait, or urinate & deficate in their boarding cages, because it's an inconvenience, apparently, to show up at 0700.

I've utilized Paws Inn for years as a boarding kennel; initially for my service dog, Daisy (if I went on a trip she couldn't attend) and then for my SD-in-training. Over the past 1-2 years, after Daisy passed, I've taken Riley to Paws Inn for doggy daycare. Recently, they changed their morning daycare hours, causing an inability for some to bring dogs in, as many of us in this area work at 0730 and cannot bring dogs in at 0800. I gave a frustrated review on Google because of that. But I took Riley for boarding this weekend, and staff were very accommodating and even engaged me via text message. All things considered; I do appreciate the care staff treat my dog with. I continue to recommend Paws Inn for boarding, and doggy daycare even though the hours changed.

Had an appointment for nails on dog to be trimmed, but they didn't put down contact info so they were out to lunch , I can't fault them for going to get something to eat but start getting your customers information to contact them in case you need to leave. Sorry can't give more than a 2 stars.

I recently boarding my dog and I specifically told the women the 22nd-27th she told me one price and the day that I pick him up they tell me it’s extra $20. She was rude when I called to check on my dog and made me feel stupid. The teams response to the overcharge was that she was new so it makes it ok for her to tell me the wrong amount. I came home and they didn’t pack his toy back that I just got him and his blanket was covered in urine that I brought with him. I don’t recommend them to anyone.

Made an appt for noon and drive from Wakefield with my two dogs. When I got there, the groomer said she had experienced a bad day thus far and was two dogs behind. So I was understanding about a delay in pick up but she then stated she guessed she could work late, all the while running her hands over her face in exasperation. When I asked her why she didn't just call me and reschedule, she said her manager took the "book" and she didn't have any information. She wasn't open to " working late" to meet her obligations so I left. The overall lack of customer service was evident and I felt like she would be doing me a favor by grooming my dogs. Needless to say, I didn't reschedule or wait. Took my two fur babies and left. Having worked in the service industry for 50 years I can say that businesses who demonstrate little to no customer service are unlikely to stay in business, especially in a small town. Would have rather written an amazing positive review.

I have been bringing my fur baby Cleo to Paws Inn for a while now. Their rates are the lowest I’ve found and Cleo always seems happy. The staff is always friendly and even meet me outside for drop off so I don’t have to drag and wrangle my 2 small children inside. Cleo is a husky/German shepherd mix and without me asking and without charging me, they always brush her coat out during her stay. If I could give them more stars I would! 100% recommend!
