Brenda was amazing. My girlfriend and I brought her daughter here and the customer service was top notch. Biggest thing was that she was not pushy, extremely helpful and helped her daughter get out of being stuck in one color. We almost drove out to Kansas City but the fact they track what dresses are sold to what school so no one has the same dress is amazing. Prices were not over the top either.

I went in about a week ago to try on dresses for a wedding that I’m going as a guest for. They did not have a great selection of plus size dresses so I didn’t buy one. However, I bought a necklace that I thought would work with a dress I had. I asked before buying if I could return the necklace if it didn’t work out. The salesperson said that I could return it within 30 days if I had the receipt. So I went in today to return it because I found a different dress for the wedding and the necklace wasn’t going to work with it. The two salespeople didn’t even know they did returns so they called someone, who I believe is the owner, and she said yes they did. This whole time, I believed I was going to get my money back because I didn’t need the necklace, however they only give gift certificates for returns. I should’ve asked a week ago if they were going to give me my money back but I didn’t, because if I knew that they wouldn’t give me my money back, then I wouldn’t have bought the necklace. I left the store with the necklace because I didn’t want a gift certificate to the store. I won’t be shopping here again because of this and it’s not like I didn’t have the receipt and it was just a week ago that I bought the necklace.

Great dresses, great prices, and amazing customer service. We got a dress from here the dress was a perfect fit, staff helped my fiancé with the fitting. We have interacted with the owner and the employee and they both are amazing and kind individuals. Well worth the drive.

I went to Magnolias today looking for Fall/Winter attire and I enjoyed the whole experience. I found the perfect pair of boots.. The customer service rep was welcoming and respectful. She attended to my wants pretty well and assisted me patiently while I needed the fitting room. Magnolia's has a wide variety of styles to select from that are affordable. Their clothing is seasonally in style and are priced accurately for the quality of clothing. I recommend shopping here! Great atmosphere. Cute clothing. Their dress shoes are absolutely beautiful!!! Overall, I am satisfied with my purchases!!! And I will be returning to shop at Magnolias.

The most adorable shop ever! There is everything from formal gowns to athletic wear. You can really lose track of time browsing all the clothes, shoes, jewelry, candles, cups, foods, and home decor. The staff is super sweet and helpful. I love the size selection on formals in store and they register the dress you pick so you don’t have to worry about accidentally twinning at your event.

Everytime I come into town they are never open. On Google it showed they were open and drove down here and they were not open. Drove 2 and a half hours twice now and they were not open. Update your hours on Google. Will never be back. Gues they don’t need my money that bad.

I was able to find the perfect gown for the Military Ball. They had a variety of sizes and styles with great prices. Plus online they have different payment options. Staff there was also very friendly and they have huge fitting rooms ? 10/10 recommend.

I purchased a dress for my vow renewal. I had surgery coming up and asked if they did tailoring. I was told they did. I also expressed that I'll be losing a lot of weight. They said there would be no problem in taking it in. I loved the dress so I purchased it. I was also told it would be 25$ to tailor it. At the register I was asked if I wanted to leave my dress there or to take it home then bring it back for the tailoring. I took it home. I just went there and asked about the tailoring. I was now told they DON'T tailor. I asked if I could exchange the dress for one that fits. I was told no. So now I have a dress that is way too big and I can't wear it.

I love this shop! They have so many cute clothing options and gift ideas. It was so nice being able to shop small close to home this Christmas, definitely will be a frequent shopper!
