The communication between Jim Clark and the customer is severely lacking. I made several phone calls between 8 and 9am to be told that everyone was busy, they would take a message and call me back. My phone calls were returned same day maybe twice out of all of the calls. Jim Clark had my car from September 20th to November 8th. Only the air cabin filter was replaced in that time. Frustrating that my car was gone for so long, and that was the only thing needing replaced however I was happy to pay for that service. After getting home, I noticed that 2 of my tires have a PSI of 51 which is the maximum. I needed new tires prior to dropping my car off and I had been occasionally filling them, but to a PSI of 36, NEVER 51. November 9th, I took a walk all the way around my car to find that the lenses for both turn signals are not only disconnected and just sitting in my headlight, but one of them is broken. We spoke with someone in management on November 10th who stated this would be looked into. It has been a week and once again, I have not had any communication from Jim Clark. Never will I recommend anyone I know to Jim Clark for service or otherwise.

Jim Clarks has taken care of me for over twenty years. Practically family. :) The Service department is top notch and reliable. I always leave knowing they fully fixed any problem I had.

Went in for an oil change, told them to check tire air because they were low. They say oh ya we check all that….. get truck back and home and check air pressure… same as when i took in ….LOW….didnt even look at them, makes ya wonder if they even changed the oil

Jerry was very accommodating and efficient, and Willy R was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got a fair value for my trade in with minimal haggling. The whole process was super easy and was actually fun - who wouldn't love getting their picture taken with their beautiful new truck adorned with a big bow?! Thanks guys... happy customer here ?

Our car buying experience actually started a couple of months ago. We came in to talk about purchasing a new Traverse in the fall when my lease is up. Ron Johnson helped us select the features we wanted and we ordered the new vehicle with all those features. Ron kept us updated as to the progress of the vehicle and told us it would come in early just a couple ofnweeks ago. It actually came in the end of July so we were able to get it earlier than expected. The process of purchasing the car was made very easy between Ron and Willie Roberts. We are very happy with the car and the whole experience.

I’ve been using Jim Clark Chevrolet-Cadillac for several years. They’ve serviced or worked three Cadillac XLR’s two Corvettes, and to other Cadillacs for me. I’ve never had a problem and they fixed problems with an XLR that others could not. I highly recommend them

The team was very easy to work with and treated myself and my mom with honesty, respect, and fairness.I loved that the process (from start to end) was very transparenent and the dealership seemed more concerned about getting a long-term customer buy selling you a car at reasonable price and treating you fairly rather than trying to maximize short term profits.The website noted that they do not try to add any hidden fees or add any unforeseen charges. I probably looked at 50 dealerships while looking for a Bolt EUV. I contacted 20-25 dealerships over the phone anda few dealerships in person -- I found 80+% were using significant add on costs (one dealership in Moriarty, NM asked for $10K over MSRP for a $32K Bolt EUV; another dealership in Colorado Springs asked for $2700-5000 over MSRP; a 3rd in Alburquerque asked for $2900 in adds ons). I found that Jim Clark's D&H ($349) was very reasonable. There was no mandatory dealer add-ons (GPS, Edge Guards, Sealant, nitrogen in tires, etc.). There was no pure supply and demand Dealership mark-up. It was 100% fair prices at MSRP + $349 D&H and no gimmicks.Although the sales team had not sold a lot of EV's, they had clearly done their homework and were able to answer key questions about the Bolt EUV, the My-Chevy App, On Star, and basic car set up. I would have given them a 10 out of 10 had they spent little more time lifting up the hood and talking about the key motor/transmission difference between an EV and a tranditional gas engine-driven car (my guess is most people don't want the full EV motor description, but in hind-sight I would have appreciated that knowledge -- when I opened the hood later and realized just how different the car looks under the hood).The F&I team were friendly, respectful, well-prepared, and were not pushy. They offer extended warranties, but did not push me when I noted my preferences to not have extra warranties.As a I noted, I probably looked at 50 Chevy Dealerships within a 500 mile radius. Jim Clark was the one I picked based on honesty, price, availablity, and transparency. Jim Clark Chevy and 3 other dealerships (2 in smaller town, and 1 in a big city) were significantly better than the other 90% of dealerships I talked to. Many dealerships left a very bad taste in my mouth and I truly feel like they were trying to take advantage of me and my mother (one salesmen in Colorado Springs bragged about charging a customer $120K over MSRP for a Corvette). Jim Clark and our salesman Jerry were the exact opposite. The sales experience, the conversation, the process were all genuine and honest. I will highly recommend Jim Clark and 2-3 other dealerships to any friends and family looking to buy a future GM vehicle.

A car buying experience is usually a painful process and not something I enjoy. However, Rafael and Willie changed that for me. Rafael was honest, open, listened to our needs and did everything in his power to meet our needs. Additionally, the finance manager, Willie, was phenomenal. He was patient with us, explained everything in detail, and made sure we understood what we were signing. This has been by far the best experience we have had ever! Thanks to the entire team. Job well done.

I became a fan of Jim Clark Auto Center when I was travelling through Junction City on a very hot Saturday afternoon with my dog in the truck and had engine trouble. They got me into service right away, gave me a comfortable, cool place to wait with my dog and even provided water for him. I have driven from out of town to purchase from them since then. Management through sales people are all wonderful to work with and go the extra mile to get the vehicle I want.

I called this morning and spoke to AJ in parts a female employee about tires and when I asked her if there was a place I could get a tire in Junction city or Manhattan and have them put it on. She hung up on me. I recommend going to cable Dahmer of Topeka, if you want to stay in a Chevrolet Dealership for your parts and services
