Apparently the service department won't even look at my 78 Camaro because it's too old. How does a chevy dealership not know how to look at a chevy vehicle? Not only that, older cars are even easier to work on, so I'm left confused. They literally told me to try a mom and pop shop ?

I was having a brake light issue so I brought my car to Jim Clark to see if they can identify the issue and fix it. They ended up narrowing it down to a brake light switch and said it would be $275 for parts and labor. Mind you they said it was gonna be a brand new OEM switch so I agreed to the maintenance and got my car back the next day. 2 days later I started experiencing the same exact issue with my brake lights, so I looked at the “brand new” switch and saw that it in fact was not new at all. They never replaced my brake light switch or if they did they used one off of another vehicle. Do not go here for anything. They are running a shady business and over charging unknowing customers. 10/10 would not recommend coming here.

We purchased a Jeep in 2015 here the transaction went well. In 2022 we needed to sell two cars and buy one, the transaction was terrible. Trying to negotiate a price was nonexistent and I feel like they took advantage of the personal situation we were in. Having asked numerous times about a better price they ignored it. We needed to get rid of our cars and get in a cheaper vehicle they took advantage of the situation. We came in with our own financing and they decided to try and finance us... resulting in them sending our information to like 7 different lenders! Drastically dropping my credit score for 'too many inquiries.' It took so long to get the final check after we sold it to them. Won't buy a car here again. Came in for my car making noise when I press on the accelerator. They did services I didn't even ask for and charged me $100 for a 'diagnostic test.' The $825 issue they said it was, was fixed with an oil change like I suggested my husband(who was deployed) said. It was low on oil. $218 for them to do an oil change, balance my tires (which I didn't ask for) & the 'diagnostic test.' We'll never use this business again. If you're someone who doesn't know a lot about mechanics, get a second opinion. I feel like they took advantage of me since I didn't know what it was.

Drove 2 hours to buy a vehicle from them and they were amazing through and through. Pat Magee was amazing through the whole process and did not pressure us at all, and was very accommodating when a problem arose. Overall wonderful experience and highly recommend!

Got my truck towed there b/c it stalled out on me on the highway. They had it bout 3 days abd I was tld that they found nothing wrong with it...cudnt understand that!

Very dissatisfied in the service. Had a 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche that wasn’t shifting into the next gear smoothly. They price me for a Mass Air Flow sensor and another part that apparently goes with it. Mind you, I assume this is what would fix my issue with the truck. Well it didn’t. This tells me they did a very poor job with the inspection and diagnosis. If they would have actually driven the truck after installing these parts, that would supposedly “fix my issue”, they would have know it wasn’t corrected. Would definitely recommend taking your money somewhere else. They obviously lack attention to detail and perhaps need better mechanics.

We bought a car from their dealership for a great price and we were very excited. Within the month the car became a nightmare. We barely drove the vehicle and we have had to spend 6k on a transmission 2k alternator 2k manifold and convertor And it's still not fixed And Jim Clark said "sorry" can't do anything.

So my son took his car to them 3 weeks ago because his AC stopped working. They did a leak check and said it was not leaking and just needed Freon so he got it recharged. So 2 weeks goes by and it stops working again he takes it back they charge him for another leak check and find a leak this time. Then they tried to talk him into putting more Freon in even though it’s leaking. This place’s maintenance department is shady taking advantage of a young kid.
