Do not recommend this store, had an appointment today with them,confirmed my appointment by phone around noon and when I got there at 5pm for my appointment the store was closed

Me and my husband have been looking for a new tax place since we moved due to military and so I've been calling different places since I've been hearing different suggestions and different information. The information I heard was that hr block was free for military! Now this information turned out to be false but the lady I spoke to was so rude and disrespectful to me after I was nothing but kind in my words and just looking for information. I have never been so frustrated with customer service anywhere before. Even McDonald's has better customer service then this lady. I do NOT suggest this location for anyone unless you want to be disrespected for asking a simple yes or no question and then further degraded in the way you're spoken to. I will never use hr block after this experience.
