1. Website said that order will be ready to pick up in 1:30, but never received the notification for delay or pick up.2. When I went to store, the representative asked me to cancel the online order and pay for the item. This will increase the sale of the store... didn't care about the customer's online discount. The representative who was in charge, he was professional for the situation, he might the manager... the representative left at 1700.3. When i call the customer service, all he told me was there might be delay at Website process, maybe I have to come back tomorrow or whenever i receive pick up ready message.Then what is the point, i pay on line to pick up the item in 1:30 same day like the Website tell the customer..4. I show the confirmation of order email to store representative but they can't see it and i can't pick up the item.... just have to wait until the system they use to move forward.... eventhough their website promise their customer 1;30 for pick up.

I attempted to buy two pairs of Jordans before school started. I was told that it would take 3-5 business days to have the shoes delivered to the store due to the size not being available at the time of purchase. I agreed and paid for the shoes and waited for a call. After 4 days had passed, I called to check on the status of the order and was told one of the pairs of shoes had been delivered, but they were still waiting on the other pair. I was also told that I couldn't pick up the ones that had arrived and had to wait for the order to be completed for pick up. I called two days later and was told the same thing. I called today and was told that although now both shoes had been delivered to the store, I am still unable to pick the shoes up because they are having a computer issue and can't release the shoes. The store manager then told me to call customer care, cancel the order, and then come in the store to repurchase so I could get the shoes. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes, I finally reached someone at customer care who told me they could not cancel the shoe order and that I just have to wait. I asked to speak with a manager, who reiterated what the customer care agent said. I was informed that the number given to me by the store manager at hibbets does not handle in store purchases, and that the team that does only works Monday through Friday and would not be able to assist until the upcoming work week. So basically, after paying 265.00 dollars, Hibbett Sports is refusing to give me the product I paid for or cancel the order and refund me my money due to "system issues." If the shoes were delivered yesterday and I was called, this could have potentially been handled as it was a weekday when the in store customer care department was open. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service received by this store and would NOT recommend purchasing shoes and having them delivered to their store for pick up. Have them delivered to your home. If there was another major shoe store here, I would advise you to avoid this store and shop elsewhere.

The males seem to have the best customer service. I walked in twice and the sales associates both times were males, and they provided outstanding customer service. However my son and husband went and said the 2 ladies who were working seemed like they did not want to be at work and was rude, did not greet them as they entered and did not even thank them for shopping at the store when their transaction was done. My son said he’d rather shop when it the males because they were more helpful then the ladies.
