Super friendly and helpful staff. When we arrived, they greeted us in a friendly way. The cashier processed our transaction quickly, and also made us feel welcome by conversing with us in a friendly way.

Just called store on Ash in JC KS and the associate said she would "pass" along the information.
How I listened and watched a white associate on S. Washington curse and verbally attack a old white woman and a elderly black man trying to to get gas. He said I don't have to help you and get out of my store.
I said you would rather lose money from lack of customers than to remove this ignorant person. The length this store is going to risk for this guy. Hope it's worth it.
The store is on S Washington next to McDonald's.

I don't know the Guy Managers name who works in the morning (Skinny, wear glasses and has tattoos), but he should be fired. He charges people extra and I think pockets the money and it only happens with him. Every other day if I get someone else if I grab two Monsters which are 2 for $5, a pizza slice $3.49 and the two for a $1 bags of chips it costs me $10 and some change like it's supposed to. When I get it from the guy Manager it's costs me $12 and of course saying something does nothing because he refuses to admit that it's wrong because then that would be admitting to stealing from customers.At this point if he's in there I'm not going to be going in. Which is a shame because I work across the street and now I'm just going to be going to Walmart.Who ever the owner is needs to be watching cameras and looking at receipts because he's stealing from you and losing you customers.

Bobbi is unprofessional, disrespectful and racist. She had one African American "brown" employee whom she made come in 15 minutes early and not record her time in as such. She has a Mexican "brown" employee whom she makes do all the heavy lifting and dirty work. She told the African-American "brown" employee to go smoke some crack and that she could purchase this crack from the Mexican "brown" employee. She does not treat the American "white" employees that way. Bobbi is always gossiping to the American "white" employees about the "brown" employees. Who regulated this store? I need to be in contact with them.

I was just in the Handy's store trying to buy a pack of cigarettes and mind you I am from out of state and in the military so I handed him my NY ID he stares at it for a good 5 minutes and didn't say a fricking word I was like do you need to see my military ID and he's like you don't look that old I am 24 years old idc how old I look I look and know I'm old enough to buy cigarettes I just took my pack and left not to mention I was coming in choked up already from having a bad day this guy really topped off my night I won't be back I know working there you probably don't care but how insulting really thanks a lot handys
