The cashier was so sweet. I brought my two boys in to spend their allowance on toys they wanted and the young man at the register was so patient and sweet to them with while they counted out their money (their learning how to count money so it takes a bit longer).

I shop here because I like the variety of selections and prices are unbeatable. But I'm really big on good customer service and this store leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the time, cashiers won't even bother to say hi let alone ask if you found everything ok. Then the bag-up jobs are trash. They always put my cleaning products in the same bag with food items. Apparently being trained isn't part of the deal before being turned loose on the register.

I love this store. What's not to love! Great prices. Fantastic selection. Friendly service. Clean isles. Well organized products. They have a vast variety of items to fit the tightest budget.

I was a worker there I was a cashier that is being talked down to. Now got wrongful termination for the 2 asset managers that talked down to me said I needed to be fired

My son worked for this store, he needed to attend his Aunts funeral. They told him to make sure he brought back proof of death or else he wouldn't get paid. He brought back our only copy of the funeral paper and they kept it for several days just to call the funeral home and make sure as well that she was dead. So disrespectful to say the least!!

This is one of the worst Dollar Trees I’be ever visited. The selection is really awful and so limited. The store itself is always overly crowded with stuff all over the aisles. And the service isn’t great at all. They also didn’t have any picture frames at all, which is a Dollar Tree staple. I just wait and go to the Dollar Tree in Manhattan ??♀️
