I made on bet on rather or not Cricket or Walmart would have the phone case I need. I chose right. Cricket had everything I needed. If you have a Samsung/Droid this is the store. I a got a phone case and 2 glass screen protectors. Dude in there was very friendly and helpful. Don't know his name but he was wearing White Nike Cortez's with a black check mark. A man of style ?

They were very helpful. Unfortunately, they could not recover my cell phone number as someone overstepped their bounds and DISCONNECTED my existing number. The ladies were professional, friendly and helpful.

I love Cricket. When I went to Cricket I got my phone for free. The manager even threw in a phone case for free. They also have an app called ADD IT UP, where you play games, take surveys, and watch adds to get points. Then you can use your points to take money off your bill or get gift cards for different companies. Since I got my phone I haven't paid for a bill since I went in and got my phone. I've had it for over a year and right now I have over 300.00 dollars towards my bill right now. I won't ever leave Cricket as long as they keep this

What an amazing store!!! First time with Cricket and the plans were amazing, the prices were right, and it was a fabulous experience. Keshun is and always will be my sales rep. He is smart, funny, very helpful and knowledgeable. He made it worth me coming here. I would recommend him every single time. What an awesome dude who knows so much about exactly what you need! Unless you are buying something, they can't and won't help you. I needed to unlock a phone I bought there and the lady told me they "didn't have a phone they could use to call customer service" to help me. And the Cricket Customer Service is not helpful at all. I have never had a good experience with their customers service, which is why I am switching carriers.

We bought a new Apple phone at Cricket, but discovered that we had no service at our home or at a nearby apartment complex either. You have 7 days to return the phone for a refund. We went there on the 7th day, but it turns out that Cricket is closed on Wednesdays. CLOSED on a business day in the middle of the week! We went back the next day and they said... It's day 8 now so you are slam out of luck with us. They wouldn't refund any money and left us with an expensive phone that has no service essentially. The bad part is, they weren't apologetic or even friendly about it. They were quite curt. I highly recommend going with a more reputable company like T-Mobile or Verizon. Cricket doesn't seem to care about their customers once the phone is sold! Oh, and they won't unlock the phone either so we could go to a company with service in our area. Don't shop there!

Absolutely horrible experience. Where do I even start? First of all, the store is not open when they are suppose to be. I went in on Friday, Apri 9th to buy a phone. I was a little skeptical when the guy working couldn't answer any of my questions. Cricket was going to port my number which should not have been so difficult. Companies do this all the time. It is now a week later, so I call the store to get some help. The manager, Elizabeth would not help me and started yelling at me. I had already been in the store on Monday to explain my issue. She tells me to reach out to Cricket. I would not recommend this store to anyone at all. I am still not able to use my phone. The people working there are not competent to answer any questions. So basically, I am out of money. No phone or service that I paid for. To me this is theft.
