We have banked here for more than 10 years and have been happy with them the entire time. We have had our issues, but they are generally a good back to be with, caring and supportive.We had a house fire and lost our Safety Deposit Box key, and I went in to have the box drilled so that we could get a new one. Normally this costs $125, which I was willing to pay, but they actually waived the charge (without my asking) because of the circumstances. When my account was hacked and used on Ebay, they waived those charges as well. The bank CARES for it's community members, and that, in itself, is rare
