Okay so Handy's surprised me. We were driving along the highway and our kiddo really needed to use the restroom. Of course it had to be in an odd location with none of of usual stops anywhere nearby so we stopped at the first stop we found. Now, Handy's does not look like it's going to be a winner from the outside and I think this is doing them a disservice. First of all the obviously have an excellent name, and secondly, it's a pretty solid little highway rest stop. It didn't have the biggest selection of items, or was the most updated, but it was clean, and sometimes a clean restroom along the highway is all you really need.

One gas pump out of order. Good place to stop as there aren't others essily accessible on the highways between Manhattan city limits and JC.
