Even though the meter runs insanely fast, I recommend the self service wash if you have to come here. Never had a great experience with the automatic wash. I have a tiny VW Beetle that was only slightly dusty and it couldn't manage to clean that. My passenger side was left dirty somehow ?

They have great staff and if no one is there and you need to call their service number they go out of the way to assist you and make you happy with the service

Go somewhere else!
I used a credit card, after I pressed stop the meter said the total was $10.50. While looking through recent charges when paying my credit card bill the total was $15 for Cedar Point Car Wash and this was weeks after using the car wash. When I looked at the reviews there was one from someone else that mentioned the $15 charge, with the owner replying that a hold for $15 is placed on your card until you hit stop, then the total on the meter is actually charged to your card, that's a lie. No credit has been added to my card weeks after using the car wash and it's safe to say that there won't be one added. This place is stealing your money. Stay away if you're not using cash.

Left side doesn't work if you have the app. Hate waiting in line probably cancel as it's annoying to be waiting with the other side open.

Paid $15 for an automatic car wash. Our car was FAR from clean. I could have sprayed it off with a garden hose and had the same result, even with the blow dryers. Will never be using this place again, total waste of money.

(Manual user)Water was hot. All the fluids seem to be working and the vacuum actually sucked! (Good way) just needs the nozzle change or taped up because there is a hole in it. I also liked the mat holder in the bays to wash off dirty mats.

I should have checked reviews before I go.The vacuum has no pressure. It did not stop, so I think I will be overcharged. I learned my lesson.
