Very impressed! The young gentleman who helped us this morning was fantastic. Polite, called to give us an ETA, , arrived early, and was gentle with our vehicle. I called through State Farm Roadside and they contracted Bud’s, but I would absolutely recommend

Truck got a flat tire on I-77 thanks to the road construction. Nick, the tow-truck driver was at my location within ten minutes! He's a good person; was professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I would definitely use these guys again.

My experience with this family owned company was astounding. They have maintained their establishment since 1946 and I can understand why. Nick, the grandson, was so kind and friendly towards me and my 5 month old son. I went through my insurance for the tow and this was the first time a tow has showed up within an hour anytime I or friends were in need. He took the time to check out my car to see if it was an easy fix but couldn't get it. When we talked about trying to find a shop he made a call to a local shop he knows and had me there in no time. The owner, Nick's Grandmother, was sweet and endured me nervously nonstop talking lol! I'm new to the area and it was just so nice to have help from people who take care of their community. I hope this reaches anyone who needs help and I hope you choose this company because they are wonderful. Thank you so much Nick for helping me on a really crappy day! I know you guys work hard and it shows in the effort you put for me and my son!

They did a great job.
Arrived for pick up at the said time. I requested pictures to be sent once the car got delivered, and she did.
I felt $85 was a bit on the high side for a 13-minute distant, though.

Like many, I used Buds because of my insurance. I had locked my keys in the car. They were there quickly and was very friendly. They also kept me notified via text about their arrival time. (Thank you Nick!)

Reading other reviews I really couldn't believe most of them were pointed at the receptionist. When I had called she was so helpful on getting me the information I needed, and informed me on all the documents she would need from me. When I had arrived she had a friendly smile and was happy to assist me outside with my vehicle even while raining. Very professional, kind, understanding people here. Thank you Buds!

I have actually had to use their service twice through my insurance company and both times Bud’s came through for me within a decent time! They took care of my situation, fast and easy, and they were very professional and courteous. I read the other reviews and I’m not sure, but the lady that was on the phone with me from Bud’s, was professional and courteous, and was not rude to me! Thank y’all for all your help!

Rude and unprofessional receptionist and denied me service for a flat tire as she claimed an electric vehicle would spontaneously catch fire during a tow.

Towed a car that shouldn't have been towed and then the lady tow truck driver made rude comments to me when she overheard a convo between my ex and I. Totally unprofessional and out of line tbh.
