they were really nice. I didn't think about getting a receipt but the lady realized what I was sending and printed one for me so I was not charged for the equipment if something happened.

Wow! I just recently started an online business. I've been there almost everyday this week shipping orders. They are beyond helpful. Make it so simple. I email them my shipping label from home and drop off my boxes.
