“I’m personally not a fan of these apartments but the new management has been amazing. The office manager Maelene is amazing and has gone out of her way to assist my disabled mother. She alone gives me hope that with the new management there will be improvements. Thanks Maelene!!!”

“I have lived here twice. The first time I lived here was for a year and a half. I’m on my second run here and been here about 2 years. Tracy and her team are amazing people. I have had no issues with anything. The entire team takes care of this property amazingly and I have no plans to move. I don’t know what these bad reviews are about, but I will back up how great Tracy and her team are. Please continue to do the job you have been doing and keep this place amazing to live. Thank you for all you do for us residents!”

“I would say overall Geary Estates It’s pretty good. The prices on apartment rent is definitely hard to beat, however the inside size and rooms of the apartments are different depending on your floor plan. The insides of the apartments are average nothing to brag about the lights are definitely gloomy and rather dim. But it’s close to base and is definitely all you need for a place to live. The staff is very nice with good communication. The online website is good and easy to maneuver however, I do wish that there was a mobile app for the residents. That would definitely be something really cool. It could also make it a lot easier for paying rent and putting in work order request. Along with paying rent the only thing not included for the bill is electricity which was a little weird to set up at first and Wi-Fi (to my knowledge all apartments have a COX modem within them).”
