I waited to speak out on this but I’m still upset on how my dog was handled.First appointment was amazing. Second appointment not so much unfortunately having my dogs nails trimmed was more traumatic then doing it myself. my dog hates her nails being trimmed but I do think it was unacceptable to put a dog in a head lock to the point she can barely breath. I stood there in and watched in shock and I’m still unsettled by how scared my dog looked. I should have gotten the lady’s name but I just wanted to get my dog out of the building after what she just experienced

I take my animal here for vet services and for boarding as well , awesome place. The staff is really friendly.

Dr. Stenstrom and his staff (particularly Michelle and Katie) are so amazing with my babies! They all love them as if they were their own! That means A LOT to me! ❤️

Would never take my dog to this place after the type of hair cuts they are provided. My friend is completely devastated about the customer service and the way her dog looks.

Please do not go to them. Michelle butchered my dog. I specifically told her not to shave her and that's exactly what she did. Her reasoning was because her hair was long and hard to cut. I spoke with Dr. Stenstrom who immediately told me he was not about to argue with me, there was not loud voices raised so I'm not sure why he would think this was an argument. I was simply unsatisfied with not getting what I asked for. They told me the best they could do was put a note in her chart not to let Michelle cut it again. I paid BEFORE she was brought out to me, otherwise, I would not have paid for this horrible job of a grooming.

The doctor and staff here are exceptional. We have been at various clinics all over the country due to the nature of my husband's job, and this has been our favorite. They are very through and make sure they check out everything to get to the true root of my dogs issues each time! They are always willing to work us in and are very patient and sweet with our dog. Their prices are reasonable! I recommend this clinic to everybody!

New to the area and the staff was great! Treated my super large dog and I like they knew us forever. Great friendly atmosphere. Definitely will be bringing Mo, my super large dog, back again.
