I drove 8 hours straight to choose this place to use the restroom, pick up snacks and a drink. I was told that the restrooms were closed and that I needed to leave in the process of using the facilities. Even after this rudeness at 9:35pm July 28, 2025. I was still going to purchase a drink and a bite to eat. Until... I heard the same red headed employee (male, I think) fussing to another employee female, who went in after me and used the same restroom) about how rude I was for telling him(?) I would leave just as soon as I could finish. Which was under 3 min. once I was told to leave. I approached the two, told him it was me who interrupted his night and that I wouldn't be back. I won't give a half penny to any business with this behavior. He (?) said have a good night. I told him to have the night he deserved. This business is clean, inside and out and has semi parking, which I drive. But it will be the employee who has made up my mind not to visit ever again. Who a business employs also represents your company. I think its time to have some extra training on how to interact with customers.
