Everything I have ever taken in or called in to get worked on has been done in the most professional way, the employees and owners are wonderful people to work with. They come in to businesses and get the job done in a timely manner & they are the most reasonable priced electronic business around!

I NEVER REALIZED THAT #ADVANTAGECOMPUTER IN IOLA KS are crooked and thieves. My son took a computer to them, 3 weeks later after checking on it they could not replace 2 keyboard buttons. They tried to tell me I should get a whole keyboard instead .. FYI buttons are replaceable.....They took 35.00 as a deposit allegedly as they presented it to my son. They stated they couldn't order parts for it, because they don't know how to get the correct ones... they should have told my son that before taking the 35.00. I finally was able to pick up the computer and they wouldn't refund the 35.00. WOW RIPPED OFF A CONSUMER. Wasn't my fault you didn't take care of the computer you just wanted to tell me I should get another keyboard.. and upcharge a consumer...HORRIBLE COMPANY

It is great and clean with good service and quality computers cameras and WiFi routers. Great staff , friendly , nice. Owners are thoughtful and nice.

I only make this review because of a driver in a white van who decided to ride my tail for MILES and even try to pass me in the slow lane, in the DEAD center of an awful storm. I’m stressed and anxiety ridden as it starts pouring, along with everyone else I’m sure..... to make it worse I have someone with their COMPANY NAME blasted in their vehicle- making it twice as scary and twice as stressful. Maybe next time don’t aggressively drive in a company car..

I will never do business here again. Brought laptops in and issues weren't solved. Was told I would not be charged if I brought them back in and they didn't honor what they told me. Ended up paying twice and still nothing resolved on laptops! $300 and nothing to show for it. Took to Best Buy and all is well. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The receptionist, and computer tech staff are great. Can fix just about anything. But unfortunatley i have to bring down the rating to a 3 because of the manager. My computer was malfunctioning, computer techs got it up and running on their system, i paid in full only to take it home and its not fixed. I bring it back in and the techs are more than happy to look at it again to adress the issue. I get it back and pay in full again, and same issues arise. I take it back a third time only to be met by the manager Steve (last name wont be mentioned) who told me that they will work on it one more time (free of charge this time) but to never come back.
