Absolutely no security measures. My unit was robbed of a $1000 worth of things in less than a month of renting, the security lock entirely cut out of the metal latch. Nobody answered or returned my calls, even after the police were involved. Never was able to make contact with the owner, but nobody has ever called asking for rent since then, either. ? Make what you will of that.
