Scheduled an appointment online for 9:30 am and arrived at 9:20 am. At 10:10 am noticed my vehicle had not been moved. Asked the service manager if I needed to reschedule due to the fact I needed to be at an appointment at 11:00 am with a half hour drive involved. Zack assured me that I would be on the road at 10:30 am. At 10:40 am my vehicle was done and in reviewing the bill noticed some unknown charges. Discussed what was requested and charges were removed. Don't appreciate being told something that they couldn't make happen. Truly disappointed in the lack of customer service.
