Tried to redeem kickback points because I didn't have enough money on my card to cover a soda. After the cashier assured me that the kickback was redeemed, he told me I was good to swipe my card. I swiped and left. Checked my kickback balance and my debit card balance. Kickback points were all still there (clearly not redeemed) and my debit card is now in overdraft. Called up there and asked the manager to void the transaction and re-ring it up correctly and was told they don't have the power to do that because the item already left the store. I'm not sure why that matters, because I'm not trying to return the item, only trying to have the SAME ITEM voided and rang up again. So not only are the employees not competent enough to know how to redeem kickback points, but they also won't help you after they make a mistake. I was told to call Kickback. Not sure how Kickback is going to fix the fact that my bank account is now overdraft by $35. A soda that should've cost me only $0.50 with Kickback is now going to cost closer to $40. If you can avoid using this Pete's, I would drive the extra distance and go to another location because this one is being managed by assholes.

Pete’s recently bought this location. It is MUCH cleaner now both inside and out. Gone is the clutter inside the store. The exterior of the building has been remodeled and Subway is returning. Lookin good, Pete’s!!!
