“i called to find out if they had the starter i needed Josh answered the phone he was very pleasant and patient with me he explained everything to me that i had questioned with the most patient and courteous attitude. On top of it all im a women and lord knows how all us women have a 101x30 questions when it comes to anything in life. But he still maintained his positive and pleasant attitude and happily continued explain things to me. I for once I DID NOT leave the auto part customer service phone call, more confused then before i called! :) So good job Josh and thank you. keep up the good work.”

“We own a 2003 Chevy Silverado. It had a parasitic battery draw that would drain the battery overnight. We took it to another dealership 3 times at about $700 a shot and was assured they had fixed the problem. Each time the drain retuned. We went through 6 batteries before we finally took the truck to Romans. The mechanics there diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. The truck has started and run flawlessly since. I highly recommend Romans for car repair and maintenance.”

Don't waste your time with any other collision repair shop. I will be bringing my 2021 Chevy Z71 to this facility to have all the hail damage to the entire driver's side, hood and roof of the vehicle repaired. They say they have the PDR tech in the business.
