“I use one of the lower doses of CBD oils that you ingest…. Oh my gosh.. I didn’t notice a difference until I had to stop taking it while I was away. I don’t think I could stop with this stuff.. it’s helped take away some of the low grade inflammation I feel in my hands after work(I massage) and maybe TMI BUT it’s helped with my period pain sooooooo much. I cannot emphasize how much it’s helped. I typically take 400 mg of Motrin 2x a day. I purposefully did not take any pills when it was that time. And some cramps came through but they were totally manageable. And when they did come, they came in waves and it lasted max 1 minute… yes I timed it. Then was fine. I will say I’m also taking vitamins and minerals and maybe the mix of all 3 helped so I will stick with this for as long as I can”
