Terrible experience. We just went in to inquire about some iPad cases. Associate said they would check the back for what we were looking for , we waited ten minutes and saw the employee walk out the doors with some friends and stand outside to chitchat. While we waited we asked another employee about waiting on someone to come back about our inquiry and their response was âyeah Iâm not sure whatâs going onâ and walked away. Weâre also customers with service with them and our first time in this store. Definitely last time to. You work at Verizon not for the mayor get off your high horse. Lazy inconsiderate employees at this store.

Absolutely horrid customer service here. Joined the wait list, waited over an hour, and it seems that the employees just pick an choose what customers are helped regardless of who is there before them. The incompetence of this store amazes me.

This is quite possibly the poorest managed and operated business I have ever seen. I run 2 businesses. Mange 10 employees and have never been so disappointed. After my shotty experience. "Thanks spell check" with Jalil today I drove to Salina to get a human being that actually gave a damn about customer service. I now have a working phone with all my information transfered. I would not send people I dislike to this Verizon store. It is awful. Nobody cares. Nobody cares how long u stand around waiting and Nobody cares if u have a product that works. Go to Salina Verizon ask for Nikki.

The employees are great. I have been trying to troubleshoot a problem with my phone for 3 weeks. Every time I call my second line, it opens my voicemail app instead of calling the number. They say the problem resolved, when it hasn't been resolved. I am ready to leave vetizon as a result of their incompetence.

Aaron was extremely unprofessional but I'm proud for keeping my cool through it all. People have bad days but I own a business and would never let him represent my company.
Nathan, the assistant manager, however was another story. While breaking the news to us that the store would in no way honor their recent upsale for free instore screen protector replacements (as persuaded BUT not pinky promised).... he delivered the infamous "not verizons fault - 3rd parties problem now" speach with impressive class lol
I genuinely feel bad for what I assume is hundreds of people of Hutchinson getting scammed by this locations sales tactics/ honor system. I left sad more than mad.
I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau in honer of people without my amount of time to voice against this large entity being flat out unethical. Because as you can all tell - the numerous 1 stars don't phase them.

We went in to upgrade our phones. Setting up an appointment online was super easy. We walked in a few minutes before our appointment and Aaron was there to greet us. He was very knowledgeable and was patient with us non tech savy customers. We upgraded our iPhone 8s to iphone 15s and get got an Apple Watch. We are so happy with our upgrade and the experience.

You guys donât open until 10 sounds like you guy need an earlier bed time and I caught someone going in and asked if they could give me the phone every thing was paid for I was told by Verizon they opened at 9 and I had to be at a hospital appointment so I didnât have time to wait till 10 it was 930 he was going into store to open he said he couldnât give me the phone until 10 I donât get that I had already paid for it and all they had to do is see my ID and hand me the phone this store needs better management and better hrs
